They call my last name, I try to go in, but someone in the office screams: "No, there's a person from the manager who needs to be let through." Была недавно в 8-й поликлинике (Уручье). Честно говоря, приятно удивили незагруженность учреждения, полная обеспеченность медтехникой, спокойный и доброжелательный персонал, отличный ремонт, чистота, порядок, все 4 лифта работают исправно, и это важно, т.к. мой кабинет находился на 7 этаже. Вокруг поликлиники минипарк, дорожки плиточкой выложены, скамеечки, урны, все ухожено... Молодцы! 👏

Horror. Every time I come to this place, it ends with the wildest anger and wasted nerves. There is absolutely no organization, the years go by, but nothing changes. No one knows where to go, what to do, what to hand over. There are not enough doctors, everything is slow. There are dozens of people in queues all the time.
"Open sick leave" is the most frequent request in any clinic, try to convince me. And, of course, it's just impossible to do that. First, you need to sit for 3 hours in a LIVE queue (we are not in the capital of the country, right? Technology, alas, does not reach) to quarrel with other patients, and then find out that this doctor does not suit you, you still need to go to another office or take something additional first.
Delight and just a fairy tale. I don't know where to write a complaint, maybe one day I'll get to some office where I can leave a complaint. So far, only here.

We went with our daughter to the 8th city polyclinic: severe pain - after examining the doctor on duty, she was diagnosed with acute Pericoronitis (acute inflammation of the gums, which occurs with complex eruption of wisdom teeth), a picture was taken and redirected to the surgeon's office to open the gums, unfortunately - the surgeon who was on shift turned out to be Yarmolik Yuri Vladimirovich. The anesthesia was carried out in such a way that the pain was unbearable, my daughter left the office in tears and sobbed for more than an hour until I bought and gave Arcoxia (an analgesic). We are so used to it that in modern medicine - especially in dentistry, everything is anesthetized - you leave the doctor and walk around for at least half an hour without feeling anything in your mouth, that you could not even think about such an outcome!!!

Recently, the temperature rose, the throat ached, so it was possible to be examined in an hour and a half (in America or Geyrope it could take several months - Russian-speaking bloggers all tell one and all that it is unrealistic to get to the doctor there even for a lot of money). And in our polyclinic, in 2 shifts, the reception of patients with fever is organized by a doctor's assistant on a first-come, first-served basis! Who told me everything about the medications, and gave me a referral for an X-ray, which I passed in 30 minutes, too, on a first-come, first-served basis - and left delighted with the service! Thanks! Moreover, I notice not for the first time that everything is well organized in the 8th polyclinic!!! There were many other situations that pleasantly surprised me!

Не поликлинника , а сборник ,,эффективных менагеров" . К врачу дают талон как минимум на месяц вперед- ждите больной ,мучайтесь... Скорая заберёт... У меня хроническое заболевание , пошел выписать рецепт ,к участковому врачу талоны свободные через 2 недели, рецепт не дали ( часто берете) идите к врачу , со скандалом выбил у эффективных менеджеров талон к врачу . Врач поменял давление,посмотрел горло и послушал, выписал Амброксол и отправил на кардиограмму и сдавать анализ . На вопрос когда на прием ответил все вопросы к ,,эффективным менагерам" - справку за талоном.Там мне сказали идите в красную зону... Такое впечатление что попал в комитет комсомола в конце 80 - никто ничего не делает и посылает к другому.

They are invented by some dreamer who has never sat in line. It helps to complicate the work of the medical staff and the patient.

В этой поликлинике работает прекрасная специалист Алеся (фамилию не знаю) в лаборатории, которая на 3 ем этаже. Делает анализ крови. Просто Человек с большой буквы, таких мало сейчас тем более в медицине. Она сама и позвонит, и все расскажет, и все с улыбкой. Просто дали лишние направление , она сама позвонила, все сохранила и передала. Огромное спасибо, надеюсь вам выпишут премию).

Посещала только терапевта, в принципе норм. Удобно, что результаты анализов хранятся в компьютере, после сдачи можно распечатать и взять с собой. Карточка тоже дублируется в эл. виде. Можно так рассчитать время, что почти не придется ждать в очереди. На УЗИ лучше приходить вечером - утром ОГРОМНАЯ очередь, хоть и электронная)

Очень редко бываю в 8-ой поликлинике, исключительно раз или два в год, оба раза в этом году по два часа сидела в доврачебный кабинет. Если б я так работала, как фельдшера в этом кабинете, меня бы давно уволили - неспеша, размеренно, ведя чуть ли не светские беседы с пациентами, при этом коридор возле кабинета не вмещает всех людей, стоящих в очереди. Здесь должны работать расторопные, энергичные сотрудники. И не один в разгар рабочего дня, а 2 или 3.

худше заведения я в жизни не посещал, отдельный привет "Стоматологу хирургу" из 410 кабинет, к которому я так и не попал (талон на 10 утра) полчаса просидел 1 в кабинет к нему, после чего к нему завели другого человека и я понял что смысла ждать 0. Научитесь ценить чужое время. Я отпросился с работы что бы попасть к вам, в итоге вы не справляетесь со своими обязанностями и с какого то вдруг принимаете людей без очереди, КОГДА Я ЖДУ ПО ТАЛОНУ ПОЛЧАСА!

Стандартный перечень услуг для государственного учреждения здравоохранения. Не хватает узких специалистов (эндокринолога нет уже более года). Персонал в целом достаточно квалифицированный, доброжелательный. Не всегда есть в наличии талоны к нужным специалистам. Время ожидания приема - в зависимости от количества посетителей, наличие электронной очереди во многие кабинеты.. В поликлинике частично сделан ремонт, установлены новые лифты, в настоящее время продолжаются ремонтные работы..

Поликлиника как поликлиника. Ждать чего-то от визита сюда я бы не советовал. Круг специалистов ОЧЕНЬ ограничен. Да и попасть к тем что есть это тот еще квэст. Кардиологи, эндокринологи, неврологи и тому подрбные диковинки - ищите в других местах. Тут как я понял их нет

ПРО ПЛАТНУЮ СТОМАТОЛГИЮ
Очень НЕ рекомендую лечить зубы.
Год назад удалила зуб мудрости у хирурга Евгения, очень опытный специалист, осталась довольна.
Сейчас пришлось лечить зубы, я прошла мучения. На лечение отводится 30 минут, нельзя записаться больше, если знаешь, что нужно лечить несколько зубов.
Я пришла заранее, начали прием с опозданием в 8 минут. Осталось 20 на лечение кариеса, когда доктор не успевала говорили с наездом на меня, что я задерживаю прием.
Было больно, доктор не сделала дополнительный обезбол, а говорила терпеть.
И теперь вишенка на торте. Я пришла с небольшой точкой на зубе - ушла с сильной болью. Не могла есть на эту сторону, пришлось идти в другую стоматологию переделывать. Отдала 70 рублей - в нормальной стоматологии за переделку, но никакие деньги не стоят таких мучений. Больше туда точно не пойду!
