Phones don't work at all. No one is answering my e-mail either. Receipts do not arrive by e-mail, as mentioned. Some absolutely useless office! Receipts come with debts, they say the payment has not been received from the bank or call the service department. At the same time, the utilities say that there are no debts, everything is paid. The bank also claims that the money has been transferred
