After reading reviews about doctors accompanying pregnancy and delivery, I decided on 2 candidates, Boris Grigorievich Kantardjian and Raisa Vladimirovna Nebedukhina. After getting to know each other in person at the Bina clinic, I realized that Boris Grigorievich is exactly the one to whom I want to entrust the most long-awaited moment in my life. After signing the contract for individual delivery at maternity hospital #2 in Vitebsk, our meeting took place again, at which we decided on the date of the planned caesarean section. An exciting week of waiting for the appointed date has begun. I was so surprised that as soon as I got to the emergency room, every action was clear and precise. All the work of the staff, from midwives, orderlies, and the operating team deserves respect, and Boris Grigorievich, after hearing and seeing him, you know that everything is under control) an anesthesiologist with a great sense of humor, midwife Lyudmila Leontievna is very friendly. Girls, the staff in the intensive care unit is the most attentive. I can definitely recommend this specialist for delivery.

My daughter was admitted to the pathology department. From the first doctor's visit, big questions appeared. During the week, there were only two rounds in the ward, for some reason, the other times they were called one at a time to the resident's room (in the presence of the supervisor).
3 persons were present during the examinations, without the consent and warning of the pregnant woman in advance.
The attending physician, T. O. Romanovskaya, did not behave correctly towards her daughter, answered all questions with reluctance, if something did not suit her, she raised her voice.
After lying down for a week, the daughter went to bed with one, found other problems. Upon arriving at the consultation with a request for discharge (at their own request, observation in another institution), everyone who was present in the examination room attacked with threats that everything was bad.
There was a call from the head of the department personally, who claimed that there were no conflict situations, that they explained everything competently, but at the same time the daughter left the office, nervous and not knowing what to do next. It was impossible to leave her in this state, because she was morally driven. I had to contact the chief physician and the issue was quickly resolved and they gave me to write a statement without any problems, they politely addressed me, gave me a recommendation and said that everything would be redirected to a consultation with the attending physician.
I'm shocked! Doctors may be qualified and good specialists, but it is morally impossible to be there, especially in the pathology department.
Thank you very much to the chief physician, D. Sergeantov, that everything was resolved quickly and without conflicts.

I would like to leave a small review about partner births. I will not mention the doctor's last name, as I would like to keep it anonymous for the most part, but I will say that it was a woman.
The most incomprehensible thing for me was that they promised that the doctor would be in touch, but unfortunately the doctor did not want to leave the number for me, so I had to come after solving the problems.
To my question, what happens if I start giving birth in your absence? The doctor on duty will start taking it (it seems to me that if this had happened, he would have taken it to the end). Therefore, I regretted that I went to this doctor, although there were different opinions according to the reviews...
They put me in 40 weeks, respectively, the birth had already begun in the hospital (well, as it began, they already gave me a pill closer to 41 weeks and later performed manipulation on the chair). An enema was done, it wasn't even my wish, but they just sent me to do it...
The website says that the birth is attended
by a midwife (maternity hospital) of the highest category, an anesthesiologist-intensive care physician, an anesthesiologist nurse, and an operating room nurse.
I don't know who these people were, but my husband and I only managed to see the doctor who was giving birth and the midwife. They didn't offer any anesthesia, except for an injection in the shoulder (I don't remember exactly what it was), which of course would only help in my thoughts...
The birth itself was more or less normal, thanks to the midwife who was with me from start to finish.
After giving birth, there's another quest.
The junior medical staff is good, the nurses supported me until I was discharged.
But the head of the children's department is already "very" friendly. He talks rudely and is rude. The rest of the neonatologists are very nice and friendly.
Dairy cuisine is a separate topic. Knocking out the mix here was a quest. You're not supposed to, that's what I heard the first few days, until the baby lost huge amounts of weight.
Perhaps my review will put someone in an awkward position and they will think about who to go to give birth to from this hospital.

I gave birth to Boris Grigorievich Kantardjian on 07/10/2024! There was a very kind, positive midwife with him on shift (I forgot my name). I had a partner birth, my husband was with me all the time and helped me. The doctor came in constantly and asked how I was feeling, the midwife was also there almost always, although 3 more girls were giving birth. I had specific requests for childbirth that I voiced to the doctor and they heard me!!! When the moment X came, the midwife did simply unrealistic things and everything went without an episiotomy and ruptures!! Thanks a lot to her and the doctor for that!
The postpartum department is good, new toilets and showers have been opened with me. It was nice and comfortable to take a shower after giving birth.
The only thing that is not clear is the pediatrics department, in order to talk to the doctor after the examination, which was not done in my room, but all the children were taken to pediatrics and a doctor examined them there without the presence of mothers. Which was very inconvenient, because when the pediatrician came (after a couple of hours, or at lunch), you no longer remember the questions.
Also, a separate greeting to the nurse, who was rude to me when she saw that my window was ajar. She threatened that after discharge we would go to the hospital with pneumonia. And there was nothing to breathe in the ward, it was extremely hot and stuffy. And the handles were taken from the windows…
In general, everything went very well, the main thing is to tell your requests in childbirth in advance, what you would like to avoid. And be sure to listen to what the midwife and the doctor say🙏🏼all have a good and easy birth

I always felt better after talking to her.

But my impressions were completely overshadowed by how I got to the department where the ude are directly with the children.
Especially the pediatrics department. How they frighten poor mothers! They told me such a thing that I almost got a seizure from communicating with the head of the department of Skovorodkina. And a brain hemorrhage and a heart defect and she didn't show any reflex. Horror. Why so sharply and categorically. They sent us to a children's hospital, where the doctor calmed us down and said that this happens very often and such a defect is compensated in most cases. And they put such "vices" on almost every second child.
The hemorrhage has passed. Everything is fine.
Do not immediately take into your head what you will be told in this department.

I've been thinking for a very long time, and now I'm writing a review about rodokh 2 years later. I gave birth to V.V. Popko (individual childbirth). My first impressions were positive. But after a while I realized that this was not the case. The waters broke on time, and there was weak labor activity (contractions). The doctor decided to stimulate it. As a result, they stimulated and waited for 11h. 30m. And these are 3 births, the first two were natural. As a result, the doctor makes the decision of the COP, because you can't wait any longer. This is a long waterless period for the baby. Which can have many consequences.
That's how we did it. The baby was not diagnosed with hopoxia, although, as doctors now say, it definitely was. At 5 months old, she noticed a delay in her son's motor development, after which she had to undergo 3 rehabilitation courses at the Minsk Center for children with psycho-neurological diseases. I cannot put into words how many experiences I have endured, only tears in my eyes. While waiting in line at this center, paid massage at home, osteopathic services and a constant search for information on the Internet how to help, the development went according to the norms. Thanks to the center, I managed to make up for everything. Now my son is 2g 2 m
We have a delay in speech development. Constant classes at home, a lot of benefits. According to the speech therapist for classes, neuropsychologists, sensory integration classes. And this is all money and not small, and we have a large family. Why was it so long to wait and keep the baby without water? And to make a decision about the COP after such a long time. I really hope that everything will be fine with my son through my efforts.

And 8 years ago there were births (individual) at Nebidukhina's. 2.5 hours and that's it, the baby is smart and healthy. Many thanks to Raisa Vladimirovna. After her birth, I did not think that it could be something that I endure with my 3 son.
Yes, I understand every birth is all individual. But I repeat once again this approach to wait 11.5 hours is no good. Outraged to the point of betrayal.... and I'm ready to mentally tear apart the doctor Popko V.V.
I did not get to Nebedukhina a second time because she was on vacation.

The wards are nothing remarkable- creaky and uncomfortable beds
Among the advantages - a new shower and toilet after renovation and a couple of nice nurses and midwives

I don't understand why they praise this maternity hospital - I hope I won't go back there anymore

From the threshold, in a boorish manner of communication, reproaches began to come to us about the fact that we came with my husband. When we said that we wanted a partner birth, we were told a lot of complaints about this. Why do we need a partner birth, what my husband will do there, play a mobile phone, and in general, childbirth is a SACRAMENT that no one should attend!!!! What does it mean that you chose a doctor, and why did you choose this particular doctor and why do you need all this, why did you come and take up my time, I have to go give birth for free!!! I hinted that I would like a caesarean, to which I heard that after a caesarean uterus is thrown out!!! In short, to say that we were shocked by what we heard, this is nothing to say. After this conversation, I sat sobbing in the car for another half hour and said that I would not give birth in this maternity hospital with such staff. We did not conclude the contract because the doctor we chose was on vacation. Having calmed down a little, I waited for my doctor to come out of vacation and went a second time to conclude a contract. I called the chief doctor in advance and found out at what time I could drive up. Being already 39 weeks pregnant, I arrived at the specified time, and they tell me in the reception, also in a boorish manner, that they have lunch now and no one will receive me. I have to wait in the hallway for an hour!!! My nerves are on edge, I still get to see the chief doctor at his lunch and he gives me a cherished receipt that is not against my partner childbirth!!! Why he set the time for his lunch for me has remained a mystery to me. After paying the contract, I went to an appointment with Raisa Vladimirovna Nebedukhina. A very nice woman, she told me everything in detail, she welcomes partner births. She answered all my questions. After the head of the doctor, it's just a breath of fresh air.
Three days before my PDR, I went to the hospital in the department of pathology of pregnancy. The paid ward was occupied, I was put in a triple room. The repair is tolerable, the toilets are clean. Of the minuses of showers. There was a strong heat, and a shower in this department can only be taken at a certain time. I gave birth on my PDR, the first birth lasted 5 hours. A separate rodzal with a fitball. The midwife Maria Rukova was always present with me. Special thanks to her, she helped, told me how to breathe, in which poses it is easier to survive contractions. Specialist with a capital letter. The husband was present before the birth itself (he left for the time of birth) and two hours after. I was also satisfied with the staff and conditions. After giving birth, I was put in the postpartum ward in a paid ward, which for some reason did not have a toilet))) The staff in the postpartum department is polite and nice, but there are questions about the children's department both in communication and competence.
Bottom line: I am very happy with the birth of R.V. Nebedukhina and Maria Rukova. Thank them so much for everything!!!!! If you go to paid childbirth, then only to them!!! Specialists with a capital letter!!!!

But they did not warn about the consequences, that not all of these self-absorbing threads are suitable, the body can reject them, if it knew what complications there are, it would not subscribe to this. The seam began to ooze even in the hospital, the doctor said it was fine, further more, the seam parted, holes (fistulas) formed all over the seam, huge, began to fester, I had to go to the surgeon in tears, he pulled out the threads alive, cut one fistula, could not find a thread, scraped, cleaned and everything alive, without pain relief. He prescribed treatment, but it does not get better, he will have to go to the hospital and dry up all their "beautiful", vaunted cosmetic seam, sew it again.

She gave birth in this institution in September 2021. I am very grateful to the doctors and all the staff. I have nothing to compare it with, but everyone was attentive, I received comprehensive answers to all my questions... however, until the day of discharge. From that moment on, the attitude of the nurses changed radically, they practically drove me home from the ward, although I was not a local, I had to wait for my relatives.
According to the conditions: the repair is Soviet, which they try to somehow maintain, for example, paint the walls of neighboring wards, allowing patients to inhale paint vapors with full breasts. The shower is terrible, but it works, thanks.
Food... It's good if you have someone to bring the broadcasts to.

It all started terribly. The midwife was engaged in social media and did not hesitate to watch videos with the sound turned on. I was in labor at that moment. Then the students were added, who giggled among themselves. I'm not proud, I've dealt with it. But the doctor came (I don't know her full name, but she proudly screamed that she was not a woman, but a doctor!) and she decided to give me a couple of tips. For example, "You shouldn't have gotten pregnant if you can't give birth," etc.
After the episiotomy, two students sewed me up, consulting with each other. The procedure turned out to be insanely long and lasted about an hour. I will not describe my emotional state. Boris Grigoryevich Kantardjian showed his professionalism and, probably, his presence inspired hope that all this would end and I would survive.
I felt much better after I got to the postpartum department. All the staff showed high professional and moral and ethical qualities.

For a long time I decided to leave a review about this place and thought whether it was worth it at all. I think it's worth it.
The repair is average, much worse than in the Polotsk maternity hospital. There are almost no benches in the corridors in the potalogy (2 pcs.), there are two sofas at the post. There are almost no places to sit during the morning cleaning of the wards. If it happens that you can't even sit down quickly, even if you fall on the floor. The shower was terrible, not even a single shelf to put soap on, I had to dodge, try to hook everything on hooks, accessories constantly fell to the floor. It's very easy to fall.
During my stay in the Department of pathology, someone thought of PAINTING the walls and batteries in the next paid ward (number 4 who cares). The whole department stank of paint and it was done where the pregnant women arrived! No one even transferred to another place for the duration of the repair. Women suffered and breathed in all these pairs (let me remind you that this is generally contraindicated for pregnant women, because it can still easily lead to sad consequences - and this, in addition to poor health in pregnant women, fetal hypoxia, for example, and harm the child, which can lead to very unfortunate consequences. Alas, the hospital management does not think about this from the word "at all".
Things are not very good with the broadcasts either. We managed to miss them twice - once they gave me someone else's parcel, we searched for a long time for whom it was still intended. The second time, my transfer was left unknown where with products that had deteriorated in the heat, documents that I needed, and an expensive breast pump. The transfer was found only 4 hours later, and then after I started shaking people. By the way, the package and the note inside were crumpled and it was not clear where everything had been for so long (the parcel was handed over at 11, but it was found somewhere around 14-15 hours.
I got here by accident, in the Polotsk residential complex they decided that the monochorionic diamnostic twins were not "level" of the Polotsk maternity hospital and sent them to the hospital number 2 to give birth. This was by mid-June 2021. By the way, they were sent at 38 weeks with a fully full-term pregnancy with two healthy boys, each of whom, according to ultrasound data, weighed about 3kg. Everything was fine for the first two days, they took tests and took me to the doctors. On the third day - July 22 - it became bad, the lower abdomen began to pull and ache. One of the babies stopped moving. To which my attending physician - a special "THANK YOU" to her - GALINA GRIGORYEVNA SPIRIDONOVA did not react at all, she said at the examination (which I asked for myself because she did not want to spoil me from the word at all): "What did you want, they're growing on you. As long as the tones are being written, everything is fine." Although the CTG recording also noted a weak heartbeat in one fetus 119-124, although there was always 140-145 and a complete absence of movements (0 per hour), when the other had about 90 per hour. She only said to rewrite the tones later - at 14.00. At the same time, she told the interns that I would give birth myself, although the babies were lying like a jack, and supplemented all this by telling me: "Pray to God that the second baby turns over during childbirth." An excellent doctor, there are no words.
I rewrote the CTG in due time. There were about the same results - complete absence of movements, only the heart rate increased to 130. The doctor did not react. No ultrasound, nothing, it just seemed like she started avoiding me.
The next day, the situation repeated itself, I still feel bad, + on top of all this, they painted the next, 4th ward and the whole department stank of paint, which further worsened my well-being.
When the doctor did show up, at 10-11 o'clock, the situation repeated itself, she did not react to my request to stay and simply left the room without paying attention. The tones that day, again, were already recorded and showed the same results. Asking for an examination again, she fluently listened to the heartbeat of both fetuses with a sensor and, dropping: "quite fluently," again said that I was worrying in vain and everything was fine as long as the tones were being written.
The result is this - on Saturday, July 24, when the normal doctor on duty came, who paid attention to my complaints and words, it was too late. There was no heartbeat anymore, the ultrasound showed nothing. Emergency CS half an hour after the examination - only one baby survived. Although I came with healthy twins, without any problems, with an excellent period and weight for twins. I just lost a child because of the negligent attitude to my work as a doctor. There were no entanglements, knots, etc. The child was healthy.
There are no questions for other staff - they helped, explained and answered all questions, showed understanding in my situation. Thank them very much.

Hello. I gave birth to my third daughter in this hospital. Before that, I gave birth in 1 maternity hospital.Yes, repairs are simply necessary there!!!!! In the prenatal department, of course, it would not hurt for midwives to leave their rudeness and discontent at home!!! And I would like to express my gratitude to the duty team under the guidance of the doctor M.A. Shor, who helped us to be born on 03/21/21.
