I stayed here for a whole month (on the 2nd floor). I liked. The staff is polite, the doctors are competent. There are many different procedures for vacationers. You can have phones and laptops. Wet cleaning is done every day, linen is changed every 7 days. The food is very tasty and in large portions. The rooms are different, there are 3 people, 4 and large. Vacationers are settled by age to make them feel comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The place is quiet, lots of greenery, which pacifies the patients! The staff is polite and attentive! They try to make decisions quickly, without rushing around the offices once again! Unfortunately, there are a lot of queues, but it's not the fault of the doctors, perhaps just because of the heavy workload! You look at them sympathetically, how fast they walk, almost run! I would like to note this effort and ask the management to provide premium support to the staff!!!

I bring my mom once every two weeks. You're sitting on a first-come, first-served basis, even though you take a ticket in advance (doctors ask you to take a ticket in advance, the question is why, if there's no order anyway, at least they called you after one) . But this is not the main thing, the psychiatrist of the precinct changed, and the rest of the doctors who were being transferred do not hear complaints (side effects from medications), they throw off who to contact each other, and some even say it is necessary to endure. But how can you tolerate something that physically prevents you from living? It seems that they want to get rid of it faster.
A very bad impression of the reception, you come for help, and they send you (in my case, mom) without even asking any additional questions.

The administration apparently doesn't care at all, they think that unhealthy people come and their comfort is not important. You sit in caridors for 3 hours, solid mats are only audible. The question is, WHERE does the money that the state allocates go!!???? There is no database, no electronic queue, everything is only on paper. It's just a horror, an ancient age.
