I don't know what to say... Who is to blame for what?!. But - we live in the city center. The water pumps, or maybe "pumps out" once a month, a couple of buckets. The liquid itself cannot be called water, only that the crucians are not splashing! Clay-tin-water balanda, in the amount of 3-5 liters,.. when it settles down... The rest is thick! And then the controllers! Pay up, they say!damn it!!! Give me some water!!! Take this month-not a drop since the middle of January!
But I'll give you three stars... In hope...
