рядом с ТСН "ЛУКОМОРЬЕ" Высокий берег, благоустроенная набережная. Красивые виды на море. Многие владельцы сдают круглогодично дома. По личному мнению лучшее место на Фиолентовском шоссе. В домовладение 70/11 не была, но у соседей 70/18-19 -проживали. Великолепно.
