A wonderful place!I fell in love with this guest house!We live here now.Everything is clean, tidy, and cozy!Fresh flowers all over the house 😍 Constant compliments from the owners! Flowers, treats!It feels like home here. Great room, clean,bright,big! The hostess is a wonderful woman! Wonderful friendly hosts, provide everything you need, create the comfort of home and the benefits of a hotel stay, within the framework of the guest house you will always be welcome, at any time, recommend pleasant places for recreation and entertainment, the best shops, fitness nearby, etc. The location is beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, on a pleasant elevation, not hot, not cold, but for those who like to relax in the city center - Yandex taxi costs only 1000-1700 drams, which in rubles is 250-350 rubles, it takes 15-25 minutes to drive, depending on traffic jams, we also take the bus for 200 drams per person we got there, which is about 45 rubles. The rooms are clean and tidy, the house is new and not a mass visit, there are not many rooms - you will feel the comfort of your own home, especially pleasant for those who are used to living in private houses, not apartments, and for those who are used to apartments - there will be a real paradise)) Ruzanna, thank you so much for the rest! A wonderful place! We have already stayed twice, and we will definitely return again. Everything is perfectly clean (for me this is point # 1 in choosing a hotel), the location is very good, in silence from the road, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop, 20 minutes by taxi to the center. The family is incredibly hospitable and sincere. The first time we enjoyed cherries from the garden, the second time the pool was already open, with a seating area in the courtyard. In general, everyone was very satisfied, especially my daughter, who did not get out of the pool. In the heat, a cool bonus (prices for recreation locations with pools per day start from 7 thousand drams, and here you have your own pool🥰) I'm reading the review below, and it feels like you've made a mistake with the building 😂 I definitely recommend it! And we'll come back ourselves.

I'm writing this review just so that other people don't get into the same awkward situation as us. I tell you, we booked accommodation at the booking based on photos and reviews. I bought a good repair, new furniture and my own territory with a swimming pool. And all this is absolutely true! But! There is one huge but!!! We arrived, we were met by a very nice girl, took us into the house and then there was the first shock, entering the house, we saw grandfather lying on the couch with his socks in our face, who did not even try to get up when we entered. Then, on the left in the living room, they saw a manicure table standing, where the girl was sitting, apparently, on the procedure, then there was a kitchen where there were two disabled people and a woman cooking food, the smell of which was different for the whole house. And it would be all right if they indicated in advance that a family lives a full life on the ground floor. But while we were walking to the second floor, where we were, I'll note! Beautiful rooms, it came to the realization that we would be in a vice here. If you stay for a walk in the evening, then you need to tiptoe through the whole house showing respect for the owners, in the morning while we are going, you need to pull the children away so that they do not make noise, do not disturb the peace of the house again, with the elderly and the disabled, and explain to the children every time they come past the residents of the house to the pool or for a walk, so that they didn't mess around, they didn't point a finger (the children are very small), they didn't explain why adults in strollers, that's sincere, in those three to five days of vacation they don't want at all. I am very respectful to all people, including those with disabilities, but the comfort of rest is no less important for me, especially when I can rent a hotel room for the same money, not worse than the level, and not feel like a guest, where you need to reckon with the host! If the owners wanted to make a separate entrance from the courtyard directly to the second floor, it would greatly simplify the life of vacationers. All have a good rest🙏🏻

Far from the center. There are some midges in the room from the bites of which a terrible allergy appears. The hostess is unfriendly, ready to spoil everything for a couple of kopecks. The bed has never been changed during the entire stay!!! There was no toothpaste or toilet paper . The location is terrible, even taxi drivers had a hard time finding this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! And as some Nana wrote on the booking about coffee, tea and fruits, we have never seen them. Along the way, Nana sent a Cossack))and plus to all the cons, THE BIGGEST MINUS is that they lie to everyone that they can't pay with a card.. although everything is there..
