The hotel is not badly located, there is parking for 8 cars in the courtyard. Inside, everything is clean, the friendly staff has a tea drinking area. The rooms certainly feel like they are being renovated, some of the walls are not covered with wallpaper.
There are tram tracks next to the hotel, which is very annoying from 6:00 to 23:00
The garbage is not taken out of the room even after the departure of the guests. Wi-Fi works intermittently, especially in the evening. The lamp above the table is blinking like a straboscope, it's very annoying, you have to sit in the dark. The price and quality match!!!

We recently stayed at this guest house and were very satisfied! First of all, the rooms were very clean, which is always good. The service is also top-notch! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. We also liked the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped: refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, sink. Great place. Cozy, clean rooms. There is a sauna, gazebos with barbecue grills. There is a parking space for several cars in the courtyard, which is very convenient.
In the lobby, coffee from a coffee machine and tea of different flavors are available around the clock in unlimited quantities.
Not far from the hotel there are shops "Crown", "Vesta", Georgian restaurant "Talysh".
A great place to relax.

In principle, it is fine, a large room, there is a small refrigerator , TV, wardrobe, table. The whole kettle in the room is in scale, so we went to the reception area for boiling water.
When checking in, there was no one in the house - I had to call, and with Russian roaming, it's such a pleasure.
One of the advantages is that you can pay with our rubles )

We rested with the children for three days, a two-room room on the second floor. In the first room, as in a studio, there is a mini-kitchen, a table, a wardrobe, a double bed, a TV. In the second table, a bed. The hotel is located above the road, you can hear the noise of passing vehicles, however, after hiking, we returned with such pleasant fatigue that it did not cause concern. We had a vacation in Belarus for the first time, we didn't know much about it. The owner, Valery, was a very pleasant, endearing person who helped, advised what to see, where everything is.

The only plus is the location. For those who are by car, there are three shopping malls nearby, drive to each one literally 2-3 minutes. The main city attractions are 5 minutes away.
Minuses:-dirty walls where there is no wallpaper, and this is half of the walls, dirty dishes on the dryer with dishes (a couple of plates in grease), papers under the bed of a large room. The beds creak, the noise from the road made it difficult to sleep. The house stands literally 4 meters from the main central road of the city.
Well, the main thing is the terrible heating of the house! At the beginning of November, the first sub-zero temperatures, and in the dubak room ....
The owner said the water consumption by the numbers is large and the batteries are not enough. To make it more clear, the batteries were cold, they only warmed up for a couple of hours during the day and at night. The room is angular and cools down on both sides of the street, I do not advise with children.
The price for such conditions is too high, in my opinion. Just a couple of days before, they rented a 2-room room in Smolensk, 2000 rubles. There was a washing machine, in the bathroom from shampoo to foams for washing there was everything you needed. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment... The walls and the whole apartment are in a perfectly clean condition. And here is another picture.
The owner is pleasant in communication, answers all questions both before check-in and during the stay. He promised to put additional heaters in the room by winter.
