I stayed at the Tourist on June 11-13, 2025. I rented a room with a balcony for 8,500 rubles. I found the phone number for booking on the Internet. At first they put me in a room with three single beds, but then they changed me to a room with one double bed. The price is the same! Meals are paid extra, I only took breakfast. Interior decoration, furniture, plumbing - everything is new, made of modern materials. The bathroom has a large cool shower, hairdryer, electric heated towel rail and underfloor heating!!! There is always hot and cold water! The room has a double split air conditioning system, turn on the light on this wall, turn on the other, or both at once)) The room is large with two windows, in addition to the bed there is a wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, a large cozy armchair, a table, and a kettle. If you need a microwave, there is one in the dining room. Drinking water in the cooler on the floor. The territory is large and guarded. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and towels, as well as parking for cars. I liked the well-kept garden with paths, flowers and benches. The staff at the reception, in the dining room and in the security are all polite and pleasant. A big plus is that it takes 3-5 minutes on foot to get to the sea and the beach from the hotel. Along the way there is a cafe cheburechnaya with live music and a dance floor, where residents of Mariupol relax in the evenings. Further along the sea, you can walk to the new embankment, and behind it, the beach is again equipped according to all standards - every 100 meters there are changing rooms, showers, toilets. There are no supermarkets nearby. Therefore, take medicines and favorite foods with drinks with you, as I did. 13.06.2025

The project hotel. Beautiful, well-maintained,large territory. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is at the highest level. Everything is always clean. The pool is washed every morning, it opens at 9. Around the pool there are sun beds, towels are freely available, next to the pool there is a bar with drinks / fruits / ice cream. Meals in the dining room are for a fee (very budget-friendly), there is something new and delicious every day. We had a rest with a small child in July, and we will return to this hotel in August. Guarded territory, Parking. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy within a five-minute drive from the hotel. There is a beach across the street from the hotel.
