I don't even know what to say.... The building is well decorated from the inside.... Everything is clean and tidy.... Outside there are dog enclosures where they run outside.... Dogs have toys.... Specially trained people clean up after dogs.... BUT.... I would feel sorry for my dog.... We go to this building for training and see from the side.... The stench is certainly terrible there.... I do not know what dogs are fed and what places they have inside the hotel....Maybe it's good for dogs.... Moderators.... And what do you not like the truth about visiting places.?... Are you so gentle there that the word STINK bothers you, or are you corrupt and only let good advertising? It's not the first time you've smelled of venality!!!! Write your own reviews....

It's terrible! I've already left the dog several times, it wasn't bad. This time I left two, I'm picking them up a day earlier, which surprised us. The beds and blankets are all wet with urine and pieces of feces! One dog's eyes festered badly from such content, one opened poorly, the second dog had an ear pierced in two places! Well, if the dog peed from stress or maybe they didn't walk, you can write and call to bring a clean one! Why wasn't the dog taken to the vet with his eyes?

It's a great way to look after the dog when you need to leave. They helped out more than once. The staff is always friendly, they love animals. They are constantly kept informed of how the dog spends his time. They send videos to messengers. I highly recommend it!

I regularly leave my dog here when I leave. This is an amazing case when a state hotel is liked more than a private one. Very kind people work and treat animals well. I've left my dog here 7 times for sure. It is definitely recommended

A small dog and a cat were given to the hotel. Each animal is in a separate "room" with a rubberized floor covering and a mesh front wall. The enclosures are large enough, in the building, not in the open air! We bring our own bowls/bedding/food/toys. Everything is great, very convenient for vacations, weekend trips!

It's just a great place. I am very surprised that this is a state-owned enterprise. The service is the highest level! The interior is very clean, spacious, and well done. Some hotels are worse for people. The staff is wonderful, treats animals very well. Veterinarians are working on site. If something happens, your pet is safe. Again, at the time of departure, you can get all the necessary vaccinations. It's wonderful that such a place exists. I've left the cat many times (I've already lost count) and I'll come again. I wish you exceptional success!
