A normal Soviet hotel. Cleaning every day. But there are no breakfasts and cafes/restaurants in principle. Feature - hard mattresses, for an amateur.

I was advised to offer this hotel, the rooms are not comfortable, the rooms are cold, I do not know who selected the design, but the bluish walls and these ugly decorations, there is no bed, but there is a mattress on the floor, I do not advise dirt and cockroaches everywhere, the level of lack of hygiene is off the scale
