Disgusting, deception and rudeness. We booked through the Island. We stopped by at night with 2 children. It turned out that our fully paid room was given away! Excuse: and we wrote to you today that we were canceling the reservation (the cancellation message, of course, did not reach us) Instead, they offered 2 rooms with a double bed, one of which broke down as soon as a person sat on it! The carpet is dirty, and the toilet smells from both rooms: damp in one, smoke in the other. There is no hot water!!! The receptionist is an Indian citizen who does not speak Russian, since my husband and I are both English speakers. He can't do anything himself, he's texting either with the owner or with the manager, who is Chinese himself. The children were tired, scared, and burst into tears.
