it is impossible to get through to the hotline, ATMs do not work forever, and if they do, then huge queues are going to them, queues are also constantly at the bank, now the personal account is unavailable because the linked phone was transferred from 072 to +7959 and in general we live in the LPR as in a reservation, neither a normal bank nor normal mobile operators.
