On the plus side, there are air conditioners in summer and it's not hot in the room, and there's a place to sit while waiting for your turn. The rest are just cons. I have never met such a slow-moving staff in any post office, and due to my work, I visit the post office very often, in different branches. On average, this person is served 15-20 minutes. There are often three windows open, and the queues are huge. If you want to be served in this department, then I'm ready to spend 2-3 hours there and a lot of nerves.

A couple of years ago, I was glad to have the Donbass Post Office and was always happy to use their services to order goods on AliExpress or other foreign sites. But now it has been turned into some kind of quest, also with an additional payment at each "stop". In short, I strongly do not recommend it, it is better to look for other options before deciding to cooperate with the Donbass Post.

The boorish attitude of the post office staff. I am writing for department 48 in Donetsk. You still need to look for such boors. There are 3 people at the workplaces, respectively, 3 windows should work, 1 is working. When asked to open at least 1 more window, they started shouting and saying that now they have another job. There is a huge queue, I waited 1.5 hours to send the parcel, they work very slowly. I have to go to the Russian Federation or receive parcels at another branch, where the attitude is normal.

The whole world is switching to an electronic queue, and everything that simplifies life is alien to us ((Now everyone is standing in a regular queue, arguing and swearing. There is almost always only one window that works. As for the district offices, this is no longer a post office, some kind of MFC. You can buy everything from toilet paper to canned food, pay for communal services and get insurance, sign up for a passport, buy a starter communication package... As a result, people who came for postal services cannot receive them because it takes at least 15 minutes to get insurance for a car, and utility bills take at least 5-10. For comparison, it takes 3-5 minutes to receive or send a parcel.

Two weeks ago, I waited in line for two and a half hours before the branch closed.. as a result, the operator Zueva from the second window (one window was working) said that the working day was not over and she no longer serves.
