Excellent communication department. There are only two employees, and the service is faster than in the head office. The large influx of citizens to pay for utilities is upsetting.

But upon arrival, it turned out that the mail operator did not specify the sender and recipient's details in the application, as a result of which it is impossible to receive your parcel even with your passport. Do you consider this service to be normal?
