I strongly do not recommend contacting Gr8Auto, I ordered an Audi SUV from the USA through them (Contract number 211 dated 02/17/2023). The car was running for a long 6 months. When buying, there was a clean Carfax, after delivery, a defect was found in the area of the rear roof and rear spoiler, it looks like an object falling from above, which was made somehow. I had to redo it again in Almaty. Where this defect was made, the company did not give a clear answer, it is possible that during delivery by truck. As a result, within six months it was possible to extract some part of the repair from them, the company's management is constantly hiding, it is impossible to get their contacts. All companies have different problems with their customers, but how these companies solve these problems divides them into those with which they can continue to cooperate and those with which they cannot continue to cooperate. Gr8Auto has chosen the second option – the option of a one-day party! Therefore, I am ordering the next car from another company, and I advise you, dear reader, to avoid this family office. P.S. I ordered cars from the states through this company. The car was bought at auction on 1.08.2022, delivered to Almaty on 12/23/2022 for almost 5 months. They do not give exact answers, they do not give management contacts to clarify the situation. The manager literally shoved the car in 10 minutes before the auction, which is good and so on, only "replacing the lever" (according to the manager) came out of the cost, but in fact it turned out quite differently. A lot was promised with repairs, but they helped with repairs, but it was not agreed earlier with the manager. As the money gets, they forget about their obligations and promises regarding the reimbursement of insurance payments, the car was damaged along the way, compared to the one bought at auction, there were obvious damages. The manager promised to do everything possible and reimburse the insurance payments (he just pulled the rubber), and then he completely ignored it. In general, I do not recommend it. The car comes out more expensive than the calculated amount.
