02/28/26 passing by, we decided to visit the Grad cafe. I really liked the interior, everything is clean and tidy, good music. Tatiana, the bartender, impressed me from the entrance - she is very friendly, she will give everyone time, support the conversation, she is positive, she knows all the prices and menus perfectly. It is immediately clear that the person is in his place. I ask you to reward the bartender for his professionalism and excellent attitude to his work. The waiters are attentive, thanks for the speed of service (it took less than 10 minutes from the moment of ordering to serving), the food is delicious and the serving is very aesthetic. We will definitely come back again. Prosperity to your institution!

This is not the first time we have visited this bar and we are always satisfied. The staff is friendly and smiling. I would like to mention the administrator Olga. I didn't like the service very much, almost every employee with whom we had the opportunity to communicate in one form or another responded rudely. Dirty dishes/napkins were not removed from the table for almost the entire evening. It was a long wait for the dishes, and during the selection process, we were faced with the fact that at first we were asked to choose the same thing for everyone, so that "the kitchen would be easier" (?), and then with the fact that either there were no dishes, or they were there. I would really like the level of service in this institution to rise. In the meantime, unfortunately, we are very upset.

This time, at the bookstore, we were prompted to go to the Grad bar.(very tasty and inexpensive) As it turned out, this is a restaurant, and yes, it's not expensive for a restaurant! For 3 people, it cost us about 30 rubles, but this is together with dessert. Their curd sticks are just a fig! The atmosphere itself was calm, pleasant music was playing. The bartender greeted me with a smile. I offered to choose places (there are several halls). The interior is interesting, like in a castle)). It was all very tasty! She will always help you make a choice. The receptionist Tatiana went to meet us, when the room was crowded, they brought and put a table for us together with a young waitress. They refused to put a table for 3 people in the hall itself, saying that there was special service. We asked politely and it could be done. But the rude young waitress said she wouldn't serve us. It was a ruined evening. Such an attitude is not acceptable! Very disappointed with the establishment!

A table for 10 people was booked 1.5 months before the event. According to the administrator, the minimum cost of the order per person was 65 bel. rub., the table was reserved in the common room. Periodically, the administrator called back to clarify whether our order was valid. 3 days before the event, I arrived to coordinate the menu and make an advance payment for the banquet. I deposited the required amount, the cash receipt was not issued (!). It was also announced that the minimum cost of the order per person increased to 75-80 BEL.rub. This statement surprised us, because we were set up for a different amount, but agreed to the terms. During the conversation, the administrator tactlessly talked, pointing out that if something does not suit, then "you can relax at home for 65 bel. rubles" and "with such orders as yours, we have a small salary." The next day, I called again to confirm the order and clarify the table location. The receptionist rudely replied that since the prepayment was made late, the table remained only in the bar or in the corridor. No one warned that the location of the table depends on the timing of the prepayment, we could bring the required amount any day. The pre-holiday mood was ruined. We refused the table, the prepayment was returned to us. It is worth reminding the staff of this institution, and in particular the administrator, that an attentive and friendly attitude to the client is the key to good revenue from the institution. Of course, we will no longer use the services of the Grad institution.
