The big disadvantage is the elevators . It's a lottery to take a freight elevator up from the parking lot on the 2nd floor. It works, it doesn't work. There is a possibility of getting stuck, we swam - we know. You can go up to the 1st floor along the street, but the remaining two elevators usually have long queues and you have to wait a long time.

A pleasant place. There is a significant disadvantage. Windows that do not face the road, but on the back side "into the courtyard" overlook the industrial area. This brings two problems - the glass gets dirty quickly - the system designed to scare away seagulls will be remembered in your dreams. Megaphones make strange sounds of birds of prey so that seagulls fly off the roofs. After the twentieth repetition a day, you will want to go out the window and chase the seagulls yourself. It gets on your nerves worse than the noise of the road from the windows on the front side of the building. But maybe you'll like it.
