We visited the Graffetta restaurant in the Tashkent City location and, unfortunately, were extremely disappointed. I'll start with the service: the staff behaves unprofessionally, without interest in the guests. No attention, no basic politeness — it feels like you're bothering them, and you didn't come to leave the money. Food is a separate disappointment. The dishes absolutely do not match the photos on the menu. The service and taste are at the level of ordinary street stalls, while the prices are similar to those of a restaurant. They paid about 150,000 soums for a dinner for two people, although you can literally buy a similar meal on the street for 30,000 soums. Unfortunately, we couldn't even finish some of the ordered dishes — they were so substandard. The output is simple: Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos on the menu. Reality has nothing to do with them. For the location and the declared level, this is a failure.
