The hotel is good. It consists of several houses with a common courtyard, but separate entrances. You feel separate from the reception, but there are both pros and cons to this. One of the advantages. Purity. The linen is fresh, the repair is good. We stayed with a friend in a junior suite with 2 double beds. The room size is large, you can really relax independently of each other. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer. Dishes (cups, spoons, plates, forks) are given, but you need to ask for it. The iron and ironing board are in the main building, everything is available. The staff is friendly. However, in Yerevan, friendly staff in all hotels is a common feature of the city's residents. You'll find it in shops, cafes, and on the streets - people are very friendly, friendly, and willing to help. Of the cons. 1) Location. This is not a center, you either need to take a taxi or take a local bus for 30 minutes. And you won't stay very late in the evening, and you won't get anywhere very early in the morning. If you are planning a "sleeping" vacation - spending a lot of time in a hotel, being monitored and only walking a little - then this is an ideal option. But if you need to see as much as possible in a short period of time, then spending more than an hour a day on the road is questionable. 2) It's cold in the junior suite in winter. It blows from under the door and from the window. There is no central heating, and the existing electrical appliances cannot cope. I had to leave early for this reason - it was uncomfortable because it was cold and blowing from all the cracks. And it's uncomfortable to wash in a cold room. The hotel has smaller rooms with one double bed, located in the same building as the reception- in winter it is warm and comfortable only in them. Junior suites are a purely summer theme, I don't recommend it in winter. 3) Breakfast is served only from 9 a.m. You can order later (up to 11 o'clock), but not earlier. They are brought from a nearby cafe, and it only opens at 9. It's inconvenient, you have to leave the house late, and by the time you get to the city center, half a day has already passed. The breakfasts are delicious, but it's the same every day. If you stop for a few days, the monotony gets boring. The girls at the reception, Rosa and Suzanne, make delicious coffee, which is included in the breakfast price. It 's really delicious. But this should be specifically requested. If you know about this service, of course. And go to the reception ourselves, pick up this coffee. In general, breakfasts are not very convenient. 4) The water pressure in the bathroom is weak. 5) The WiFi pulls weakly and intermittently. In general, the hotel is good for lazy sleeping when you spend a lot of time in the room, and space and comfort are important. And only in the summer. It's inconvenient.
