There is no alcohol in the bar for 3 days, we bought it ourselves, despite the fact that everything is included! The rooms are not cleaned, not a single cleaning in 10 days, they asked for everything all the time, to wash the floors with a rag, toilet paper, towels are clean. The predominance of only the local population in the hotel, so there is no cleanliness there. They will come to the canteen and grab a full table of food, eat 2 spoons, and the rest is thrown away by the waiters, a very piggy attitude to food. The staff is nice, polite. After 17.00 it is forbidden to swim in the pool, and before 17 the heat and the pool are in the scorching sun, it is dangerous to swim, you will burn. It's a long way to the sea, a mini bus rides, if you have time to sit down, it's good, because a bunch of locals fall into it and sit literally in your arms. We went on excursions all the time to not see this horror, so that at least some good impressions of Egypt remained. We don't want to go to Egypt anymore, the hotel sucks!
