Every time I come to Minsk, I definitely look here! Atmospheric and exquisite! Attentive staff. Pleasant interiors. A variety of menus and a bar menu. My personal gastronomic preferences have also settled down - ice cream cake, Irish coffee and dumplings with cherries are incomparable! I highly recommend you to visit!

The service is excellent. But the kitchen has a lot to strive for. The dish with scallops is incomparable! I recommend it! The perfect balance of taste. We also ordered salmon with asparagus and artichoke. Disappointment. The salmon is raw and bland, but the asparagus and artichoke are over-salted and overcooked. There is an incomprehensible burnt sauce in carpaccio, besides it it is difficult to feel anything else in the dish. The rest of the dishes were not bad, but also not wow. Desserts are good and sooo big, you can safely order one for two.

The breakfasts are great. Plus excellent service in a beautiful interior. Yes, the prices are high, you have to wait for a dish for 20 minutes or longer, but in a cozy atmosphere with pleasant music you can find something to occupy yourself or just relax.
I especially liked the sandwich with stewed beef, bacon and egg. It is served with delicious French fries. One serving is enough for two adults.

We had a rest in April , celebrated a birthday . We tried carpaccio, salmon tartare, crab salad - everything is a delight, it looks great, and it tastes the same.
I liked crabcake and steak with gratin from the hot one. The evening was great and we would like to mention the cocktails separately, the bartenders prepare them perfectly.

Perhaps one of the most "delicious" establishments in the personal rating. Everything we tried at the Grand during our two trips to Minsk was incredibly delicious! The restaurant is located in the very center of the city, it is incredibly atmospheric and beautiful inside. The service is top. Shrimp carpacho struck with an unexpected taste in a famous dish. My wife took a steak with mushrooms and pepper sauce. It is very tender and retains the taste of meat. This is one of the few restaurants that have been operating for quite a long time - more than 10 years. And still excellent service, good cuisine.
It is a rare case when waiters can pick up wine for a dish.
I liked the bar with excellent bartenders who are able to pick up a cocktail to suit your mood!
There is always a good mood after visiting this restaurant.

The expression of Carpe Diem under the sign of the Grand Café visually attracted attention, and after a long walk around the city, I decided to end my trip to the homeland of my ancestors with a meal in a beautiful place, rushing up the steps to Catch a Moment.
- Girl, where are you going? – unexpectedly for the visitor's ear (given the declared level of the establishment), there was a disturbing question from the hostess lady, who was busy with a telephone conversation at the moment when I entered and I, not wanting to waste time, waiting for someone or something, was going to go to the appointment in the hall.
- Don't you have a cafe here? Or did I misunderstand? I asked, perplexed.
- The restaurant! ("the Cafe is actually written verbatim," the author's thought) - the hostess corrected, looking at the visitor's appearance with a degree of arrogance. Then, finally, it was suggested to take off your outerwear and go to the table.
The table turned out to be by the panoramic window, the breakfast was very tasty, the setting was pleasing to the eye.
The only hitch arose with prosecco: Zonin (one of my favorites) appears on the breakfast menu, but if you want to order a glass, it turned out that it was non-alcoholic (how is it? why is it on the list of extra drinks for breakfast?)
And the classically expected prosecco was supposed to be looked for in another menu with a comment that it is more expensive there because it is alcoholic (as far as I understand, the price for drinks is not always directly proportional to the presence of alcohol or its absence).
There was no desire to find fault with anything else, the slightly spoiled mood in the first minutes of being here was compensated by the fascinating view from the window, music, and interior.
In general, it is a great institution and it would be ideal if it were possible to reduce the degree of pomposity of some employees (if the management is interested in knowing this and improving something) or at least so that an appreciative look at a particular visitor would be better disguised. I took off one star for this.

We looked into the security council during the day , there were few people , only 30 % of the tables were occupied . The decor is luhari-luhari, the price tag is slightly higher than in the dining room at the MKAD (well, that's understandable). No food was taken, only drinks (+ dessert). The toilet is also at a height. The only thing is that the level of service was a little disappointing, it clearly did not correspond to the level of the institution...
