I’ve been in Yerevan for 3months and not once they’ve opened up second floor. So many workers, so many people and second floor is just off limits every time. The doughnut treat is very delicious especially the classic vanilla one, I just think although it’s amazing for childhood core memory making, they really should renew the place since you can see how dated most of it is. Not saying to make it modern, just either more decorations, or the register area itself to be renewed. There’s almost no waiting time compared to how many people come. The “stained” glass is probably something they should keep for another 5 decades.

The ponchiks are really delicious however we had an issue with the closing time. It was shown on google
Maps that it was open until 8 pm we went there with the kids and found out that it was closing at 7 pm instead due to the holidays. I don’t mind the time however the info should be correct as there was a bunch of disappointed kids who had to wait in the long queue and some of them didn’t even have the chance to get any ponchik. The staff was very stressed due to this.

The best place to have Armenian ponchiks. Great stuff, always polite. The interior is so colorful and sweet it takes me back to my childhood. Don’t even get me started on the ponchiks and chocolate milk…. Delicious

"Today we visited Grand Candy and tried their donuts. This place is just wonderful! It's a very cozy atmosphere, and you can really relax here. Like the cafeteria from childhood, where cocoa is really boiled, donuts are very tasty and very inexpensive. The interior is fabulous - the children are delighted. It is clear that the locals go there in an endless stream. We bought very tasty sweets there.

We visited this cafe after reading positive reviews and seeing beautiful pictures. In fact, it turned out that there was no train under the ceiling and there were no windows beautifully decorated with sweets. Ice cream is delicious, but there is little choice and it is served in plastic disposable cups. We also bought donuts (shown in the photo), they don't look very good, they don't taste bad. In general, it feels like you're in a dining room with colored walls and chairs. We won't come here anymore.

An interesting place, visited in September, on the ground floor there is a huge amount of sweets, on the second floor there is something like a cafe, you can buy donuts, cakes and much more. The only disadvantage is that there are very few tables where you can sit and eat quietly.

It's just a fairy tale, not donuts!!!!! I definitely recommend it, especially the kids will like it. Amazing atmosphere, courteous service and of course donuts!!! A variety of flavors- with white sweet filling, chocolate, caramel, apricot, beautifully sprinkled with powdered sugar, hot, as they say, with fervor from the heat. You will get untold pleasure. And from me, many thanks to all the employees, I am glad that this time, walking around Yerevan, I saw this wonderful place!!!!!!

It's a wonderful place for me. Doughnut attended back in the school year. It was a favorite place for schoolchildren and students, especially in winter. Donuts have changed in appearance over the past 50 years, but donuts are just as delicious. I sincerely thank Grand Candy for saving this and making it better.

We came to this cafe in October 2024. There are a lot of people, the room is stuffy. The air conditioners obviously can't cope, so I don't recommend sitting inside.
The cafe is for children, so it is quite noisy, keep this in mind. We tried their donuts, I was not thrilled, although I had heard a lot about this cafe from my friends. But I liked the eclair with custard.
The interior is definitely unusual, but, again, it's not too pleasant to be inside. How the toilet is organized is generally a separate song.

I fell for the reviews on the Internet, about delicious donuts and super delicious cocoa. Donuts are so-so, they look like chebureks. A very simple place, without any pretensions. The donuts are delicious. It's definitely worth bringing the kids together. The disadvantage is that there is nowhere to sit, but I would like to sit and see the airplanes that fly under the ceiling and other decorations. It seems like there is a second floor, but during our visit the stairs were blocked. Of course, I may be mistaken that this is a visitor area. By the way, we didn't find a bathroom either. The staff is very polite. As an option, take and go is super. As I understand it, this is a network, so maybe there is something more interesting at other addresses.
