Nice old place…
Stuff was good, food was ok

We stayed at this hotel from May 12 to May 17, 2025. The location relative to the metro is unfortunate, you need to go far uphill. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous, not a single dish has changed over 5 breakfasts. The interior is decent and pleasant. They try to ensure security, you can use your key to get only to your floor or lobby.
But we had an incident there, I bought an amer handkerchief, put it on the sofa and we went about our business. When we returned in the evening, we didn't understand a bit, because we seemed to have cleaned the room, but there was nothing cleaned except for the beds made and pillows hidden for some reason. Even the pea peelings remained in place.
Looking around, I realized that there was no handkerchief. We looked everywhere - no. They started calling the reception, but we didn't get an answer 5 times. I had to go down. The manager didn't show any sympathy, like, they'll figure it out tomorrow. And we're leaving tomorrow. We began to demand that something be done. To which we were told that this was our problem and whether to give us a person to look under the sofa. That is, apparently, such incidents have already happened and the manager knows where to look. We went to the room and looked under the cushions of the sofa. The handkerchief was neatly folded in the corner under the pillow, and you wouldn't see it right away. There was no way he could get there himself. Apparently, the idea was as follows: if the guest does not find his thing, then after his departure it can be picked up. We were glad that we had found it and calmed down.
And here are my underpants (!!!) They were never found. But they didn't talk about it anymore, remembering their words that "this is your problem, not mine."
I do not recommend the hotel. Or you need to take very careful care of your belongings and not allow cleaning in your absence.
I've traveled to many countries, but this is the first time I've encountered this!

Food: buffet. It's delicious, but there's not much hot stuff to choose from. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, but there is a hospital nearby where the hair is dried. It must be borne in mind.

A nice, welcoming hotel. Everything is clean, there are non-smoking floors. I think it's generally for non-smokers. We have no problems with this, so I can't specify where they smoke. Good varied breakfasts - buffet with European and national cuisine, lots of snacks and vegetables. Polite staff.

The hotel is nice, 24-hour. It's not very close to the metro. But who comes to walk around Istanbul, I think it doesn't matter.
I got from the airport by public transport in 1 hour, at night by taxi in 30 minutes.
I can't appreciate breakfast, I didn't have time.
The staff is polite, they don't speak Russian, they speak English.
Clean, modern.
In principle, the Turkish five is quite attractive.

We really liked this hotel. We stayed there during the transfer for flights from Moscow to Europe and back. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The buffet breakfast is well organized, a large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious. A very pleasant and attentive girl works at the reception (it's a pity that I didn't remember her name), who helped us a lot both at check-in and at departure. The hotel restaurant is also good and not very expensive. the hotel is located almost in the city center. There are three metro stations and a large shopping center nearby. The internet in the room is excellent. And in general, everything in the hotel is provided for a good and comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel is in order, I had it in a package for tourism, the breakfasts are varied, there are many places, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, two bottles of water were put on every day, there is a kettle. There is a gas station with snacks and McDonald's and groceries within a 10-minute radius, if necessary. Large shopping malls are also nearby.

I liked the hotel, I stayed only two nights, so I didn't even have the opportunity to explore all the delights. They settled in quickly, they also helped promptly (the guest's card was buggy when used in the elevator). Very spacious room, comfortable bed, the room is equipped with everything you need. Everything was quickly brought on demand (I needed an iron). The disadvantages are very poor sound insulation and the lack of Russian-speaking staff. I was kept awake by an Arab family with a bunch of kids...
