We had a family vacation from 01 to 10 November 2019 with a child of 11 years old. I want to say that people go to this hotel for the treatment of psoriasis and arthrosis of the joints. Accordingly, it is necessary to treat it differently. Yes, there is no animation, yes there is no baby food. The rest of the comments are not correct and not fair. The hotel was built in 2016. Everything is new here. Nice rooms with large modern TV, working air conditioning, hairdryer. There is a balcony grid in the size of the door. The beach is normal, there are 60 sun beds, 15 umbrellas. Sunbeds are needed to put a towel and things, because swimming in the sea is no more than 20 minutes. at a time with an interval of three hours until the next swim. A great clean pool, not smelling of chlorine like in Turkey. There are two types of Jordanian rum from alcohol, high-quality vodka, whiskey and good beer according to the all-inclusive system. Alcohol at the pool bar from 11:00 to 16:00 at the lobby bar from 19:00 to 23:00. Juice from a bag for children. They make alcoholic cocktails pretty good. The food is varied. There was lasagna and meat with vegetables in Chinese and lamb, pilaf with chicken. Lots of delicious sweets with sweet syrup to choose from, halva. Fruits - oranges, tangerines, fruit salad. And what would you like in a country where 90 percent of the territory is desert? Water is provided on request at lunch and dinner (poured into a glass or a bottle of 1.5 liters for three). There is a kettle in the room, coffee and tea bags are brought, bottled water. Do not regret leaving a dollar each, at least every other day, gratitude will not take long. Yes, there are flies, I do not argue. But these are not our Russian green garbage monsters, but small harmless but annoying flies. So, take a good mood with you, relax and get well treated!

I have been vacationing in hotels since November 27, 2021. The Dead Sea is different from all other seas. This is primarily the treatment of joints and skin diseases. The hotel is good. The food is sooo good. Clean, the staff is polite, friendly. I liked the guide Leonid. I explained everything. I recommend Jordan and the Dead Sea to everyone.

Poor monotonous diet, no fruits. Indeed, there are a lot of flies in the dining room. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, downhill, but it takes much longer to climb. The beach is unkempt. According to the all-inclusive system, there is only beer, whiskey and vodka. Wine for money.

I liked the spa staff and the overall level of this service. The chiropractor Svetlana helped me with back pain. A good doctor. I did not stay at the hotel to relax, I come only for a massage. In general, everyone is friendly, clean and everything is done quickly.

Room cleaning is done mediocre. There is such a layer of dust and dirt on paintings, floor lamps, and lamps that it seems that they have never been wiped. In the last two days of rest, they forgot about cleaning and changing clothes. I had to go to the reception desk to at least bring water to the room and clean towels.
