Spacious rooms, high ceilings, great bed. Special thanks for the bottle of drinking water upon arrival.
But. The somewhat "tired" condition of the rooms and the lack of breakfast. Despite the proximity of the Turkish cafe, it would be more convenient if there was a regular continental breakfast - you don't really want to experiment on a business trip.

Not a hotel, but a courtyard, inside a shopping center, a room that was provided with a very large bed, all of the advantages. There is no refrigerator, there is no remote control from the TV, hot water needs to be drained for 20 minutes to appear, while it is not clear which way to turn the tap lever. There is a smell of dampness and ponch in the room. Why is there a fungus in the bathroom? Plaster falls off the ceiling in the room and what finally killed me is that the window looked out into the corridor, I did not see the light of God. There is no breakfast. In general, it sucks and not a hotel. The stars probably painted themselves.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty beyond belief. We stopped by room 407 (junior suite) tonight on 08/12/2024. There is sand and debris on the carpet, a dirty sink in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, hair of previous residents on the bathroom floor and plumbing fixtures. There is an incomplete set of towels, toilet paper and soap, no bathrobes, no water. Let's go figure it out. They moved to 408. The bathroom is cleaner, but the towel shelf and toilet seat are torn off, the pillowcases are dirty and torn (in the photo). They called again to send a maid. They brought everything that was missing, replaced the pillowcases. But it feels like it's all the same, after such a carousel with two rooms, like a homeless shelter. Tomorrow morning we will start looking for a new hotel and move out, demanding a refund. It is impossible to live here until 08/16/2024 :(((((

I stayed in an economy room for two nights. Plus, there is the US Embassy nearby, many shops and attractions.
Minus - there was a window in the room, but it overlooked the corridor of the neighboring building, so it did not open and from time to time people walked there, I had to keep the curtains closed. It was very stuffy, the window could not be opened, the air conditioner worked only for heating.
The room has a large bed, TV, wardrobe, table. There were glasses and cups. In the hallway there is a microwave and a cooler with water, an ironing board. There were several sofas and armchairs in the foyer, you could relax.
The room is clean, the linen is clean, the toilet and shower are combined. The water had to be passed for a long time to get hot. There was a cosmetic kit and one-time slippers.
The furniture in the room is shabby and in need of repair. The price is too high. The reception staff is absent at night and early in the morning. They leave a phone number. I asked her to wake me up in the morning, no one woke me up. But in the last twenty-four hours they called so that she would not forget to leave.

During my business trip, I needed a hotel within walking distance from the Nurly Tau business Center. Many hotels in the area were occupied, and vacant rooms ended up at the Grand Hotel Eurasia. Usually, when traveling, I look at the star rating of the hotel, as well as the overall rating in search engines, but it turns out that I had to read every single review to understand what this "miracle hotel" is like. The only advantage of the hotel is a panoramic elevator with a view of Dostyk Plaza, but otherwise there are only disadvantages. The windows of the room overlook the corridor, not the street, the room was smoky, the ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, there was no hot water in the shower and in the sink. The most interesting thing is that there were no other available rooms in this "eatery" where I could move, as a result, I had to wait two nights to book another hotel.

Good location of the hotel, near a large shopping center. That's all the advantages. The rooms are dirty, very dirty. To check in, I looked at 5 rooms - they are identical. There is dirt everywhere, the windows are shat by birds, the floor needs to be vacuumed, scratched on the toilet, a clump of hair in the shower from previous tenants (asked to be removed - not removed). In general, I never recommend it at all.

Personal experience - you walk between the solemn large columns and get into a hotel that the owners and staff do not like. A hotel that is operated but not maintained. The room was dirty and there was no hot water in the bathroom. There is no possibility to have breakfast in the hotel itself without going outside - there is no restaurant. The room was not cleaned and the windows of the room looked out into the corridor along which people were moving. Naturally, there is no air conditioning, an empty minibar, etc. The room itself is shabby. It's funny, but even there are no envelopes for the key card with the room number - they've run out. A very bad impression!

A bad hotel. The hotel itself is located in a shopping center, on the floor, in addition to rooms, there are also office premises - anyone can get on the floor. The room is dirty, even the garbage was not taken out after the previous guests. The furniture is falling apart, the safe is not working. One of the lamps was turned off only by unscrewing the lamp. The bathroom is covered in mold, the carpet is dirty, the wires are wrapped with duct tape, the sockets are sticking out. Upon check-in, they asked to change the room after what they saw. At first they said that there were no vacancies, after talking with the administrator on the phone, they showed us two more rooms. The rooms were in the same condition. I had to urgently look for another accommodation option.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Very simple rooms. The standard differs from the improved one - the presence of a kettle and the opening of windows 😊
She lived on the 4th floor (rooms 403 and 417).
Very dirty floor (carpet). Unfortunately, there were even food leftovers on the floor from previous tenants.
The only advantage of the hotel is walking distance to the visa application center and the Dostyk Plaza shopping center.
There are bathroom accessories (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and soap).
I definitely won't go there a second time.

Путешествуем из Москвы, по Узбекистану и Казахстануна машинах. за две недели путешествия- это седьмая наша гостиница . И худшая! Хотя до этого были в совсем маленьких городах Казахстана, в Атырау, Бейнеу. Холл в гостинице выглядит ничего. Все остальное оставляет желать лучшего. Никак не 4 звезды! Мы ночевали две ночи, днем в гостинице не находились, но и ночевка не доставила удовольствия. Утюг , стоящий в коридоре можно убрать, не стоит позориться… подошва отходит от ручки, кулер тоже стоит для вида, воды в нем нет. В целом сантехника оставляет желать лучшего, туалет с душевой очень тесные. Мы возвращались в гостиницу вечером , около 21, поесть ходили в ТЦ напротив- в гостинице нет кухни, это неудобно. За две ночи отдали 60 000 тенге. Если б были не уставшие , ехали из Самарканда, то не остались бы там.

Гостиница на одну ночь без претензий. Сливной бачок не работал. В остальном все ОК, переночевать можно, расположение удобное, в номере чисто.
Главная проблема в том, что чек об оплате не выдали сразу. На выезде после долгих споров дали какие-то левые чеки на сумму, которую я заплатил. Инвойс на проживание не выдали, обещали прислать на почту, так и не прислали. Какая-то левота.

золотой лифт в холле - это конечно красиво, но гостиница не тянет на заявленные 4 звезды. поэтому поставлю две - и то много.
по порядку:
1. сейф в номере не работает, панель разбита (а эта услуга входит в цену). на вопрос по этому поводу ресепшн ответили, что можно оставить у них деньги и ценности, мол есть свой большой сейф 🤦🏻♂️
2. стены в номере обшарпаные, видны следы ремонта штукатурки, которые даже не собираются закрашивать.
3. розетки и выключатели болтаются и норовят вывалиться из своих гнёзд. есть опасность вытащить розетку вместе со штепселем своей зарядки.
4. душ - отдельная красота. что из ручного, что из верхнего душа вода льёт во все стороны - куда угодно, только не туда куда надо.
5. плитку в душевой клали/ремонтировали криворукие товарищи - выглядит ужасно. швы замазаны тяп-ляп, следы чёрной плесени...
6. кондиционер только тарахтит - ни охлаждения, ни нагрева не даёт.
7. ручка на окне разболтана - окно просто не запирается - открывается при любом положении ручки.
8. кровать: обычно двуспальные кровати размером 2 метра на 1.4 - 1.8 метра. но здесь кровать оказалась квадратной 1.8×1.8. спать при нормальном росте метр восемьдесят пригодилось по диагонали, чтобы ноги не свисали 😂
в общем и целом отель не соответствует заявленному статусу и выглядит как разваливающееся наследие девяностых.

Мы гости из России. Приехали на своём автомобиле, очень порадовала охраняемая большая парковка. В номере чисто, каждый день убирались , добавляли мыльные принадлежности и меняли полотенца. На этаже есть кулер, микроволновая печь, гладильная доска. Минус увидели только в отсутствии завтраков. Рядом есть хороший ТЦ, где есть продуктовый магазин, в шаговой доступности отделение Сбербанка и банкоматы.

Самая жуткая гостиница, которую мы встретили, проехав от границы с Россией до Алматы. Сантехника в безобразном состоянии: кран крутится на 360 градусов, вынимаясь целиком из раковины, вода в душе льётся непонятно из какой дыры, сиденье на унитазе меньше самого унитаза. Фен норовит оторваться от стены вместе со шнуром. При попытке воспользоваться утюгом посыпались какие- то куски, а потом утюг открыл рот, подошва отделилась от корпуса. Вилка вынулась из розетки вместе с последней. Кондиционер не охлаждает .В кулере не было воды. Персонал на просьбу о воде вообще никак не отреагировал. Завтрак за эти немалые деньги не включён. Около гостиницы находятся рестораны, оттуда доносится громкая музыка.

Не работает душ, по моей просьбе починить сказали, что починили, но не починили, больше не просил. Воды в номере нет, бутылированной, хотя должны класть каждый день, даже на этаже кулер был пуст, я попросил заменить на ресепшине и дать мне воды, ответ был такой-"менеджера в выходные нет, в понедельник будет мы ей всё скажем"! Губки-блеска для обуви нет, даже нет губки, чтобы просто обувь помыть, держатель полотенца отваливается, держится на саморезах, вообщем я был разочарован! *3 это максимально, что можно поставить данному отелю.

Хороший отель, жаль нет завтраков. Относительно чистые и немного уставшие номера. Хорошее местоположение, рядом два торговых центра и остановка, с которой можно добраться до Медеу.

На первый взгляд выглядит очень прилично. Но ремонт сильно потрепанный. Кондиционер не работал, в номере было холодно, отопления в апреле нет. Душ лил во все стороны, но не куда надо. Сняли и поливали как из шланга. Попросили принести вторую чашку в номер, о просьбе благополучно забыли

Всё хорошо, за исключением отсутствия мини-бара и позавтракать в отеле нельзя, из за отсутствия ресторана. Благо, рядом очень много мест, где можно хорошо подкрепиться с утра.

Цены не самые бюджетные, а мебель в номере старая - обои отклеиваются, туалет шатается, пятна на стенах… Издалека выглядит прилично, но на самом деле такое ощущение, что давно не делали ремонт, что, как мне кажется, недопустимо при цене за ночь выше среднего.

Лучше, чем ожидалось, учитывая отрицательные отзывы. Но есть большой минус: в номере очень жарко и душно. Кондиционера нет, но можно было бы сделать на окне ограничить ли (гребенки), и тогда постояльцы могли бы сами регулировать доступ свежего воздуха.
Особого шума не заметила, довольно тихо. Сантехника не идеальна - температура воды практически не регулируется - но пользоваться можно.

Номер старый, стены заплесневелые (президентский), никчемный не работающий бильярдный стол. В общем привет из 90-х!
Оставил вещи на Хранение, в день выезда. Вот стою уже 20 минут, скоро самолёт, а на ресепшн никого(((
