A wonderful banquet hall, for holding several large events, celebrations, weddings, at the same time. The halls are beautifully decorated, good cuisine, professional support. On the third floor there is a hotel, which once, apparently, also shone with decoration, but at the time of the summer of the 24th year it was already somewhat dilapidated.
There is no point in evaluating it as a hotel - it does not pull, because there are no breakfasts (it seems strange, considering that the kitchen is downstairs) and there is almost no water in the evening due to the fact that all the water is taken by the same kitchen on the ground floor, serving banquets late. But as an inn, it is very good, if you have arrived in Almaty for a wedding, it is very convenient to stay in the same building. Moreover, it is free for guests on the day of the event. We only paid for one day while we were lying down after two days of the wedding, waiting for our flight.

We also had an event at this institution. It was Saturday and all the halls were packed. We didn't have many guests, only 20-25 people. We chose the emerald hall. The table was rich. The salads are delicious. The salmon steaks are excellent.
I was very upset by the waiters' service. There were empty bottles on the tables. The guests served salads and hot ones to themselves. We came with flowers. And the staff did not realize that they needed vases, they had to ask. The administrator is very loyal. He will listen , advise and nothing categorical. If you need anything, we will help you organize , prompt and replace it.
I follow them in insta. I see they are trying and it seems that the reviews are flattering.
But apparently on our day and in our hall it was quiet, I even got the impression that the waiter guys ran into our hall to take a break.

Hello everyone
I attended a master class at this institution on October 06 of this year. Therefore, I can't write anything about food and staff, since I haven't tried or checked.
If we talk about the institution itself, we can say that it is living out its last days. The facade and interior are made in the "Baroque" style, but in a mutilated version. The color of the front facade and the style of the building do not fit into the environment and neighboring buildings at all. The interior is the same, the style is made in the style of the Kazakh "Baroque" a lot of gold, bronze, stucco and moldings. They sculpted it all chaotically and it turned out not to be beautiful but an outrage.
The color of the walls, floor and other elements do not match and there is no overlap between them. The lighting inside is dim and gloomy. Chandeliers, sconces are all obsolete. In general, the whole building is outdated and requires renovation or at least redesign.
There is no parking for you, it is understandable that this institution is located along Abai Avenue, where parking is always a problem.
Tables, chairs, tiles on the floor, carpet and even the tablecloth on the tables are all old and dirty.
The toilet is located in the basement (basement) which is not convenient for guests. The wardrobe for outerwear is also small.
The walls of the stairwell and the porter (curtains on the windows) are also dirty, dusty and shabby, I mean the walls.
Whitewashing and sealing, although with an emulsion, these walls have probably not been seen for a long time.
I put 1 point on the establishment itself, the interior and the cleanliness.

There are very beautiful halls here. They chose emerald for a celebration in honor of their parents' wedding anniversary. Luxurious furniture, elegant setting. The event was excellent, the staff was polite, served as expected. And what a kitchen, you just lick your fingers.

A very good place❤Both the banquet hall and the hotel. I liked the fact that the hotel is quiet and there are no "clocks" that "gasp" and "groan" endlessly, they do not allow you to rest and sleep. Apparently there is no heating throughout the building, the rooms are very, very cold. Although they said at the time of delivery that it was warm and cozy. You can only go to this hotel in summer, when it is very hot and you want to be cool. And in winter or spring you will get sick there. The bar is empty. Because of one bottle of water, they advise you to call for delivery. We were there when we first opened and a year later, nothing has changed since then. It's very sad
