Positive:
- the location of the hotel in the city center

- the food is very tasty and varied

Minuses:
- the maids hack only as they want, as it was indicated, a change of bed linen every 4 days, as a result, I've been here for 5 days and no news.
- the elevator is very long for so many people that it is better to take a room no more than the 5th floor to climb on foot.
- room cleaning consists only in replacing soap soap and toilet paper.
P.S. I just found out that the bed linen is changed EVERY 7 DAYS.
Of course, I understand everything, but this is not the way it is done in Russia, even in a hostel they change many times more often. Shamefully.

The towel was washed and the floor was wiped, it takes 5 minutes. The main thing is that we came to the sea! And the sea in Abkhazia is incomparable. There are sun beds, the views are beautiful, the food is great. Is the hotel noisy? And where is it not noisy on vacation? People are resting. But the Embankment is very beautiful and fun. This year we had a rest where there is no embankment and cheerful cafes, it was very boring. Rotovirus? Tell me, where is he not? In Turkey and Egypt, they were very seriously ill with this virus, but in Abkhazia they did without it. They observed basic hygiene, did not swim in the pool, did not drink water from the sea. Моему 11 летнему сыну очень понравилось, хотя он тоже искушенный путешественник. Виды просто потрясающие.Экскурсии прямо из отеля! От души рекомендую, хотя когда читала отзывы, думала так себе, а оказалось на 👍🔥🔥🔥!!! До рынка мин 15 ходьбы, аквапарк сразу напротив, рядом аптеки, магазинчики, вообщем, все, что надо на отдыхе. 2 лифта кстати скоростные!

The hotel staff is very polite. You can find a taxi near the hotel and get to Staraya Gagra (500 rubles). Of the DISADVANTAGES of this hotel, of course, is the elevator. There are 2 elevators for guests to use. The elevator goes for a very long time, a queue gathers at the bottom, as a result, you can wait for it for about 10-15 minutes. We also watched as the elevator lights up with the "OVERLOADED" button and again we have to wait. After 3 or 4 days, we discovered a technological elevator (which is designed for staff). It turned out that we were not the only ones and other guests of this hotel also used it. There is an embankment next to the hotel, where people gathered almost every evening. You can sit by the sea, smoke a hookah and watch a movie, go to a restaurant or cafe, just take a walk, eat ice cream, ride a Ferris wheel.

The hotel has a good lobby, not much Internet, I didn't take it in the room, but I took it on the floor near the elevator and at the reception. There is a bed in the room, the mattress is very soft, you just fall through, TV, air conditioner, dryer, balcony, towels, gel /shampoo, carpet on the floor. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed after 4 days. There are many shops, almost near the market, not far from the store with the Pyaterochka sign, the prices there are humane, payment by card, but the cashier can punch one product 2 times, be careful. At prices in the shops wine Abkhazia from 270 to 650 rubles, my husband said cigarettes are cheap, water 1 liter from 40 to 100 rubles, cheese from 300 to 600 rubles, ice cream from 25 rubles and above, next to Pyaterochka there is a good dining room they took pastries to the airport, the prices are humane. I liked everything: the beach, the best: there are enough sun beds, the entrance is normal,.

The hotel is located in the center of Novaya Gagra. The well-maintained territory of the hotel. The area is clean. There is a swimming pool. We didn't use it. The hotel is clean. The room was cleaned every day. There were 3 meals a day, buffet.
The sea is clean and warm.
Now about the cons.
- no beach towels ;
- mosquitoes fly everywhere (in the room, in the elevator, in the hallway). Mosquito repellents are also not provided, I had to buy (I couldn't sleep well the first night);
- two elevators are very slow, which are not designed for such a number of vacationers
- the tulle was torn in the room (when contacting the reception, they offered to apply for a replacement, they lived in the room for 10 days, but nothing has changed).
- half of the umbrellas on the beach were old and torn. The photo is not the worst version of an umbrella. After numerous complaints from vacationers, they were replaced.
I will not go to this hotel for a vacation anymore. This is my opinion. To rest there or not, everyone decides for himself.

Well, that's all the pros, and the cons negate everything. The cleaning that didn't happen. Yes, the maid came every day, went with a vacuum cleaner, added soap, shampoo, gel, and that's it. Bed linen has never been changed (according to the rules of the hotel - 1 time in 10 days, so there is no court), towels were changed 1 time at my request (and so once every 4 days). When we checked in, there were not enough towels, there was garbage in the bathroom bucket - a lot of toilet paper. I concluded that they just didn't clean up in front of us. The curtains, which are always brushed, are also never washed. It was good that it was hot and we didn't need a blanket, it was stained yellow. The food is so-so, although varied. Fruits - apples, peaches - are always cut and dried. There were plums, figs - absolutely not juicy, not sweet and did not look very appetizing. But the watermelon was sweet, sugary, but rare. Tomatoes are plastic, like from the Pyaterochka supermarket. I couldn't add salt to the vegetables, but all because there were open salt shakers on the tables, from which salt could only be reached with my fingers. Rotavirus, of course, was caught, medicines did not help the child, they turned to the hotel nurse. Despite the insurance, 1.5 rubles were paid for the system. But she was only a temporary relief. After I gave the child Rehydration, he immediately put him on his feet. The elevators did not bother at first, they were understood to the 7th floor without problems, but after rotavirus, shortness of breath appeared, it became difficult to climb.I do not recommend the hotel, since such a vacation is not a vacation, 4 out of 7 days are lying down. The reason for rotavirus is bad, or rather no cleaning, washing dishes, tables, and perhaps something in the kitchen. I think it is necessary to close the hotel for a while for a good san. processing and further review the attitude towards cleaning.

We rested at the hotel in October 2023. We liked the hotel. It is located on the 1st coastline. Excellent location near a water park, children's attractions, a lot of cafes (for every taste). We had an economy room. The room is super small, we ate together, but it didn't stop us from resting. The room has everything you need for living: a bed, a wardrobe, a TV, a mini fridge, a clothes dryer and even had a heater. In the bathroom there were 2 sets of towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. But the most important thing is that the room has a large balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. When booking, we only took breakfast. But in the cafe it was possible to pay for lunches and dinners when visiting, lunch cost 550 rubles. dinner 450 rubles. We liked the breakfasts, there were always 2 porridges, scrambled eggs, dumplings, vegetables, sausage, cheese, pancakes, pancakes, tea, coffee, etc. We were at lunch several times. The dinners are also quite good. 2 types of soup, salads, vegetables, several side dishes, fish, meat, chicken. The hotel has a small swimming pool with warm water and a beautiful territory. If we are still going to rest in Gagra, then we will definitely consider this hotel for our rest.

The pool is warm, there are a lot of people, since few people swim at the sea anymore. The pool is open from 9.00-19.00, which is also not very convenient.The sea, shops, market, pharmacies are all nearby. The hotel itself has terrible unsanitary conditions, black mold in the shower, rooms are rarely cleaned. There is a special problem with elevators, there are only 2 of them and you often have to wait in line for 10 minutes. And to go up to the 15th floor to the restaurant on foot, somehow I don't want to. When we lived there in September 2024, one of the elevators was constantly breaking down. My husband even got stuck once, it was lucky that not for long. The staff is generally unresponsive. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
