A wonderful hotel, I really liked it, we rested from 12/24/24 to 12/28/24, the room is small but cozy, everything you need is there, clean and tidy, the service is excellent, the buffet breakfast, everything is very tasty

The location is great. We were lucky with the view, but someone built a TV company almost in front of the windows and maybe a guy from the picture will look at your window.
The room stock needs to be updated. Cleaning - the bed is made clean. During the week, the floor was not even touched ((
If the wind blows through the window, you can freeze (there is no air conditioning). But in summer it's probably sooo hot here (in April the room temperature was quite high)
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. But the biggest recommendation is to have dinner at a restaurant. They are very decent with meat!!!
...there is also a coffee shop nearby. If you are completely tired of breakfast, you can go there and drink delicious coffee

Do not pay attention to the main body of reviews. It should be borne in mind that in Istanbul all hotels are bad in this price range. So this hotel is the best of them. Large hall, old but decent rooms. The cleaning is mediocre, but everything is solvable. The noise from the club opposite does not interfere much, close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. It's noisy everywhere in Istanbul. The location and the view from the window cover all the disadvantages.
