For the first time in Istanbul, the hotel was picked up by an operator. A great option for little money. The nice guy at the reception is always helpful, will explain everything (in English, but quite understandable). Breakfast buffet on the roof with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and seagulls. There's also an evening restaurant with jazz music. There is also a hammam and a swimming pool, but we did not know and did not take swimming accessories with us. The famous Istiklal Street and Galata Tower are nearby, but you can walk down and back to the main attractions (respectively, up), which is very tiring if you walk a lot. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the hotel! We recommend it!))

Positive:The location is gorgeous, 2 minutes and you are on Istiklala, overlooking the Bosphorus from the terrace.
Minuses:The breakfasts are not delicious, very meager, the standard and superior rooms are very, very small, the cleaning is superficial, the beds are made, towels are changed every day, well, if you press the cleaning button, and so for 6 days the dust has never been wiped, the trash cans were cleaned every other time.
Sometimes you can hear music from the bars nearby, until one o'clock in the morning, but it wasn't critical for us because we stayed up late.
In general, the hotel is cozy and not small, as it may seem in the photo from the facade.

Good tourist location! Nearby there is a coffee shop, pharmacy.
Delicious breakfasts on the 7th floor with panoramic views. There's not much choice, but it's enough for a couple of days.
The room is clean and cozy. The hotel has a swimming pool and saunas.
One of the disadvantages: there is no hood in the toilet / shower, sometimes the smell from the sewer drains.

Nice cozy place. Pleasant rooms and good location of the hotel. Separately, it should be said about the veranda, where breakfast is held. The view of the city is amazing. The staff is as kind and polite as possible. I really liked it.

Nice little hotel. Good, hearty breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the Golden Horn. The dishes are served the same, but we didn't stay hungry. There is a swimming pool and sauna in the basement. The rooms are small, there is everything you need. Very close to the street. Istiklal.

I booked a "pig in a poke" on Yandex travel. From the available information, the data on the "STANDARD SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOM NON REFUNDABLE" room was known at a price of 24,875 rubles for 3 nights for two. Of the attached photos about the hotel, not a single photo matched the photo of our room. The room was not refundable, I had to live in a room of 12 square meters, where there were 2 suitcases open, there was no place to leave, the bed was 140 cm, but the most unpleasant thing was the absence of a window, instead there was a narrow window into the interior of the hotel under a glass roof, there was no oxygen access, and conversations from other such rooms echoed from the open window. There were no windows or corridors on all floors, there was no sound insulation on the front door, our room was near the elevator, and the conversations of everyone who was waiting for the elevator were 100% audible. The pool is good, the sauna is good, it was not possible to get into the hammam, whether it is not included in the list of hotel guests, or whether it did not work, we still did not understand, although we saw it in the photo and preferred this hotel because of the hammam. We visited in April 2025. The hotel is well located, the renovation is not bad either. An improved room of 7-8 sq m, then what is the standard - 4 m? Breakfast is very modest - there is no fruit, instant coffee. At night, the music was blaring outside until 1 a.m., but the reception said it wasn't our problem. And the fact that their guests can't sleep? As always, the service spoils everything. And this is a 4-star hotel?

Nice hotel. We took a room with a view of the Bosphorus - the view is beautiful. The room is small.", but everything is there. It was cleaned every day. We stayed 5 nights - the breakfast did not change, the same thing. But it's delicious (omelet, boiled eggs, soup, cereals, sliced vegetables, apples, tea, coffee, some pastries). Overall, it's very good.

The rooms themselves are small, there are no Russian speakers, and the two most successful moments : 1. Parking is hell if you drive. It 's sooooo rare to have places , the locals put up cones and take places for change . They are bred for an additional payment , like for parking an assistant. 2. It is impossible to sleep at night, there is constantly active traffic of people and cars, honking, shouting, blowing a whistle - there is never silence!
The breakfasts are so-so, but here it's probably for an amateur.

All aspects of the hotel were pleasing, except for two things. The first is that music is playing until 12-1 a.m. and it is difficult to fall asleep because of this. The location is great. We were lucky with the view, but someone built a TV company almost in front of the windows and maybe a guy from the picture will look at your window.
The room stock needs to be updated. Cleaning - the bed is made clean. During the week, the floor was not even touched ((
If the wind blows through the window, you can freeze (there is no air conditioning). But in summer it's probably sooo hot here (in April the room temperature was quite high)
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. But the biggest recommendation is to have dinner at a restaurant. They are very decent with meat!!!
...there is also a coffee shop nearby. If you are completely tired of breakfast, you can go there and drink delicious coffee

Do not pay attention to the main body of reviews. It should be borne in mind that in Istanbul all hotels are bad in this price range. So this hotel is the best of them. Large hall, old but decent rooms. The cleaning is mediocre, but everything is solvable. The noise from the club opposite does not interfere much, close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. It's noisy everywhere in Istanbul. The location and the view from the window cover all the disadvantages.

The hotel is small, located in the center. Near the Consulate of the Russian Federation, a shopping street, many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a good breakfast, but there is no normal coffee, which is disappointing. The service also leaves much to be desired. They do not change the linen and towels, everything is gray and washed. It's even strange. But with a huge number of people in Istanbul, apparently, the service sector has stopped straining. When I was there, a family from the Emirates left the hotel and demanded money back.

Cleaning is daily, the staff understands everything in English. Of the cons, there is no hair balm, it is better to come with your own or buy in the city, the pool inside is cold, breakfast with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus, but the choice is small and unpretentious

The hotel is different in the photo from what you will encounter in person. The food, in our case, the breakfast is terrible, the food is bland and cold. The room is so small that even an unfolded suitcase is already becoming a problem.
As already mentioned, the mini bar is empty, but we were given two bottles of water, grazie mille.
In general, I do not advise, when asked to change the number to the one shown in the poster, a refusal arrived, apparently there are no such numbers at all.
I put two merhab out of five, for a salty pool and a sauna, in which sad music is playing, in order to fully enjoy the atmosphere of lost expectations and money
