We liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. In the room, there is a kettle and everything you need, including kits. Payment in the absence of drams was accepted in dollars without any problems. Beautiful view of the city and generally a quiet peaceful place.
I did not like the restaurant and the set of breakfast dishes. The cuisine has never been Armenian. On the weak three, it does not reach the level of this hotel. There are no shops nearby, only stalls. The city center is not far away, but the climb is very steep. That's why it's a long and hard walk, just a taxi. I recommend it this way.

Nice clean rooms, enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly, they helped with the transfer to Yerevan. Unfortunately, we couldn't ride the zipline - the season wasn't open yet, you'll be in season, be sure to try it - the results are impressive.
I definitely recommend it, even despite the walking distance from the center for those who are not used to stomping on stairs.

A very, very nice hotel. It has its own zipline station. Luxurious finishing with expensive materials. The view from the room window to Kapan and the gorge is magnificent. The cook is a magician. Breakfast with red caviar sandwiches is priceless! I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel. Small, cozy, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are great! Diverse, every day something new, vegetables, fruits
There is one caveat. The hotel is located on a mountain, walking up the steps is a good exercise, 20-30 minutes from the center of Kapan, well, or by taxi.

A great hotel with good service, responsive Russian-speaking staff and wonderful views of the mountains and the city! The rooms are new and well furnished. I stayed at the hotel in connection with a business trip and, in comparison with other hotels, according to colleagues, the Grand House has the best breakfasts: a delicious and varied buffet. Special thanks to the always friendly chef for this!
Due to the early departure from the hotel (at 6 a.m.), breakfast was kindly prepared for us on the way

The best hotel in Kapan and Kajaran. Excellent rooms for every taste, a good cook, very attentive staff and the most hospitable hosts David and Arevik. I recommend staying both during a business trip and during an independent vacation, as well as with your family.

The hotel complex includes 18 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a sauna and an indoor pool (year-round), 2 outdoor pools (open in the summer season), an orchard, free private parking, a banquet hall with panoramic views of the pools and mountains. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE ZIPLINE. One of the longest in the region, about 1700 meters of flight! Just Wow.
This place is worth a visit!

We went to fly a zipline in August and stay overnight in the city. We are very happy with the flight, there are a lot of impressions! The rooms are clean, spacious, the food is super tasty and everything is fresh. Many thanks to the hotel staff. We want to come again, but in the middle of summer to rest longer, climb the mountains

Thanks to the staff for the organized rest: we went for three days - the first day we rested - the pool dinner, the second day we flew on a ZIPLINE (it's just kaaaaife) and took a walk in the city, on the third day we went on a picnic on an ATV in the mountains. We are very happy , if we come again, we will climb the Hill, we need to allocate at least 2 days for it
