The hotel has a good rating on Travelat, we fell for it. For the first time in Marmaris. Antalya is now a priority for me. The tour was with a standard room, but upon check-in, a very annoyed young madam, even when paying the so-called tips, sent us to the 5th floor in a room, which is actually an economy room, but the Turks in Marmaris go as standard! It was very unpleasant. We were tired after the flight and the move. They didn't want to talk to us anymore until we paid extra for a two-room room of € 15 per day (we had 3 weeks). After that, the attitude changed, fruit and wine were brought. But the room smelled unbearably of sewage, the music under the window screams until 12 at night. After suffering through the night, we asked for another room and with difficulty won back the coffee machine from the previous one. We arrived at the same time to celebrate my husband's anniversary, which we warned about in advance, on this day the staff brought fruit and wine again. Thanks a lot for that! The room has been updated, but the primitive does not correspond to 5 stars. The elevator has not worked for the last week, we walked to the 4th floor.
The hotel is mainly used by British people of the "fries, rolls, Coca Cola" level. Very big and loud in the rooms, in the restaurant, by the pool. The pool is full of people in two or three rows, like herrings in a barrel, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. everything is occupied. Those who jump into the water don't care about you. It is not possible to lie next to water. There is a smell of sewage at the far wall at the end of the pool. We didn't sleep for three nights, because two cabbage rolls were placed above us, which sometimes screamed at night, then they vomited from drinking during the day. But I didn't complain.
The staff at the hotel is hardworking and friendly, very clean, but the room cleaning is mediocre. There are no problems with food, no frills, but you won't stay hungry, almost everything is delicious. At first, they gave halva for breakfast, then it disappeared. The meat was very tender and stewed for the first week, then something dry and tough. There are almost no fish, fried fillets. By the end, the monotony was getting boring. After dinner, they gave me ice cream. The waiters are attentive and courteous, the best employees of the hotel. Well done.
The internet in our room was normal. A router hung nearby. I also caught quite a lot on the territory.
There is no beach of our own, we went to a cafe nearby, bought drinks and quietly rested on the sun beds. The more you order in coastal cafes, the more you get licked. Such psychology is everywhere there.
There are shops, cafes, a promenade, a McDonald's in the area, and the center is easily accessible by bus in 7 minutes. Everywhere you will be offered something, invited somewhere, asked for something.
There is no desire to return, I cannot recommend a hotel at all for today's prices in Russia.

Vacationed with a friend in the summer of 2023 in July, everything was very pleasant, the room is always clean and bright, the service in the hotel dining room is excellent. Russian Russian is a friendly and polite staff, despite the fact that few people understand Russian, there are some people who speak Russian, but there are very few of them. If you go to this hotel to know English or Turkish better, it will be more comfortable. The hotel does not have a beach, but there is a free beach 10 minutes from the Ideal premium beach hotel, you can swim there, sun beds are free for our hotel, since the owner is the only one at these hotels. I advise you if you want to relax normally and with good service.

Ideal Premium Marmaris rested from 08 to 17 May 2023, the weather was wonderful for walking, sunbathing. The sea is cool, but we swam.
Marmaris is a wonderful green town, a beautiful promenade, many shops, an atmospheric old town and a yacht club.
I liked the hotel, good value for money:
The service is beyond praise, high-quality food, a good location - equally far from the center and from Icmeler. The room is cozy with a good view of the sea, a comfortable bed, pleasant bedding, the bathroom is fully equipped with all sorts of little things, the minibar is replenished daily; cleaning is daily, but not very good, although towels are changed, everything is replenished and the bed is beautifully made;
There is no private beach, the contingent is British Tagil, terrible Wi-Fi;
We always choose a vacation in May and have never regretted it: there is no sweltering heat, no crowds of people in the restaurant, prices are not too "biting" yet, no children on the plane; The Aegean coast of the Mediterranean Sea is ideal for a family holiday in May with teenage children (at the same time we practiced English, it's a little difficult without it in Marmaris)

Initially, we bought a tour to the Ideal Pearl Hotel of the same chain. But upon arrival, the guide who accompanied us to the hotel informed us that we had been replaced with an Ideal Premium hotel, which they say is even better than ours, tk is declared as 5 stars, on the first line (deception) and in general we were very lucky. We were a little surprised - but we didn't get indignant, we believed that we were really lucky. But upon arrival, after checking in and going to lunch, we realized that the hotel did not suit us, and in general, the feeling that you were deceived is not very pleasant to feel, because you still read the reviews in advance and choose the hotel that you like, spend time on it - and in the end you get a completely different one. The hotel that we originally booked (Ideal Pearl) has a much higher rating on TripAdvisor and other services, despite the fact that it is lower in star rating. Also, the Ideal pearl 16+ hotel, which is also not unimportant for us. In the evening, we approached Anex's guide named Andrey, explained the situation that we wanted to get to the hotel that we had booked and he said that he would try to move us. I would like to note that more than 10 people, maybe more, refused to enter this one, who were also settled instead of their hotels. One woman was sold the Ideal Panorama hotel, which in fact has been closed since 2019, and settled in Ideal premium. Most of these people did not become particularly indignant and stayed at this hotel. I can say the following about the hotel itself - the staff is pleasant, it is clear that they are trying, they did not like the food, as they say, you will not stay hungry, but there is little choice. There is no territory as such, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a water slide in working condition. There is no animation, there were invited artists and a fire show was shown. Wi-Fi works extremely poorly. You can use the beach of the Ideal Prime hotel of the same network. It is a 10-minute walk away. Sun beds were always available. We got a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool and a balcony, the room is not bad in principle, but the elevators, which squeak when you press the buttons so that you can hear very strongly. We didn't sleep well. The next morning we went to meet the guide. For those who have already been to Turkey, you don't have to go, you won't learn anything new and everything eventually comes down to selling excursions at a price higher than in street agencies (which Anex guides try in every possible way to denigrate and tell all sorts of horror stories about insurance and so on). After this magical meeting, I turned to the relocation guides again, but one of them (Olga) was very busy arranging excursions, and I turned to Andrey. He said that the office had not given the go-ahead and we would not be relocated, and in general, what do I want from him, they say, he is not to blame for the situation, etc. After that, I went to the reception and called the Anex hotline, and explained my desire to move to the hotel that was originally booked. They recorded the appeals and promised to help. After the call, I went back to the guides to ask for a complaint form and lo and behold! Andrey informed us that everything is fine and we are moving to Ideal pearl! We wrote a form to replace the hotel and went to check in, which we never regretted. What can I say after staying at the hotel for one night... It doesn't pull in 5 stars, a lot of people, because the hotel is big enough, it's always noisy! In a good way, this is a stretch 4. The contingent is mainly the Russian Federation, Ukraine and peoples from the countries of the former Soviet Union. Few Europeans have been noticed. The staff doesn't understand Russian very well, but they try.

Not a bad hotel. But not perfect. It will be difficult to explain yourself at the reception without knowing English. They say a lot of Brits used to rest here, but now Russia and Ukraine are here.
The pool is quite large with a small slide. There is a small playground. There is a hammam. Table tennis and the gym were closed due to the pandemic.
The restaurant is large, the food is quite tasty. The buffet in the context of the pandemic is much better organized than in Russia. This has been practiced in Turkey for a year now. No need to wait for haute cuisine, this is an all inclusive, not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Currently, a la carte is not working.
Special respect to the waiters and bartenders - they work perfectly! The Russian language is understood, and some speak the great and mighty. There is live music in the evening.
The rooms are decent, but the furniture is already tired. There are three Russian-language TV channels. There are no dummies (they say because of the pandemic). If you don't find fault, then the numbers are quite normal. The exception is the rooms on the fifth floor. All the bad reviews are from there. And room cleaning, frankly speaking, is not very good.
Well, the main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of its own beach. Considering that the beaches in Marmaris are very narrow, this is quite frustrating. They say it used to be possible to go to the beach of the Ideal Prime Beach hotel, but now this scheme does not work.
Overall, I liked the hotel. 4 out of 5.

A good hotel for this region (you should never compare Marmaris with hotels on the Antalya coast, this is a different holiday).
The food is of high quality. It may be monotonous, but everything is delicious. There were no queues in the restaurant, even if people come running a little, they quickly dissipate. The staff is smart, the service is excellent.
The beach is literally 100 m away, but there is no private one. For a drink, sun beds on any beach will be free all day. We were mostly on the beach at Diana@Sisters's cafe. The beach is cleaned, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles.
The location of the hotel is excellent, a big Migros and many other shops are just a stone's throw away. The bus stop is also nearby.
Cons of the hotel: wifi works so-so, then it flies, then it doesn't open anything.
A mosque and a mule at 5:30 🤦♀️ For some, this is not a minus. And in general, of course, this is not a minus, but a feature of the country, but waking up in the morning earlier to his prayer is somehow not very good, you know. Buying earplugs at a pharmacy nearby saved the situation.
In general, the hotel is good, we were already familiar with the Ideal hotel chain and were always satisfied.

We had a rest in July 2021.
Ideal does not justify its name, although in fairness it is worth noting that in general the vacation was a success.
We got into it as a result of replacing the initially selected Ideal Perl, as the guide explained: due to pandemic restrictions.
The location is 4* - the hotel is not on the first line, there is no private beach, walk to the public 3-4 minutes.
Two sun beds and an umbrella can be rented for a couple of cocktails in any of the coastal restaurants/cafes for the whole day. The beach is pebbly, barefoot is not very comfortable, the sea is clean, the beach is cleaned daily.
The staff is polite, courteous, the room was cleaned daily, almost no one speaks Russian.
The food is decent, there is plenty to choose from. Fruits, watermelons were always present, ice cream for children - a couple of hours a day, 15-17 hours. We were caught in the midst of fires in Marmaris. The Turks reacted quickly enough, in a couple of days they extinguished the closest fires. The smoke did not penetrate into the room, although the smell of burning was very noticeable in the corridors, the air conditioner coped by 5 points!
In the evening there is a place to walk, to the center of Marmaris 10 minutes by dolmusha. "Local choppers" came four times, entertained with live music. In general, for a city hotel in MARMARIS for 130 thousand for two, for 10 nights it is very good, I recommend it.

We had a rest from October 9th to 23rd.The budget five.Service.the food is good.I especially liked the small waiter.very friendly.positive.I really didn't like the DJ.Russian music is completely absent.everything is tailored to English speakers.Everyone in the bar was yawning.or they were playing cards.Russian russians constantly turned to the DJ to put on Russian music.But they didn't achieve anything.As a result, people just left.to listen to music somewhere else.And the DJ sat with the British every day and looked down on the Russians.The only indulgence on his part was kalinka-malinka.black eyes and Verka Serdyuchka...All...It was a one-time thing.In 20, we were Ideally Prime Beach from this network.Everything was fine.There is complete tolerance for music.It was fun and pleasant for everyone to relax.Good.that you took a large column with you .so at least they entertained themselves with good music. I'm shooting a star for a DJ.A very unpleasant type.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple in late July and early August 2021. I have been to Turkey many times, to Marmaris for the second time, I mean, there is something to compare it with. Overall, a good hotel! Yes, it's a small area, but we knew where we were going, since the urban-type hotel is not on the first line, yes, there is no beach, but the administration of the sister hotel Ideal Prime Beach allowed Ideal Premium guests to enjoy all the benefits of their beach for free (10-15 minutes on foot from the hotel to this beach without hurrying). Food? Yes, everything is fine with the food, but it is not very diverse and as some complain without seafood, but you do not buy vouchers for 100 k per person, gentlemen. We never stayed hungry, everything in general was delicious and appetizing, there were no unthinkable queues in the restaurant either. The room stock is good, the bathroom was sparkling, all the furniture and plumbing are relatively new. There was only one problem with the room: when we first went into the room with bellboy, I saw the door locked in the room, he said that there were neighbors behind it and when people needed a family room, the door was unlocked and two rooms were connected into one. Although the sound insulation was good, in the area of the door our dear respected countrymen could still be heard with all their drunken nocturnal entertainment in adulthood, we had to swear (I would like to thank all the hotel staff separately, everyone is very friendly and responsive, room cleaning is daily and high-quality. But! The Russian-speaking guides of the hotel, they are also representatives of the ANEX tour, are a separate song. As much as they can be nice when they want to sell you excursions (which, by the way, are many times more expensive than those from Valentina), they can also be rude when you don't need these excursions. The arrogant phrases: "Guys are free" and "Later, I'm talking now", when you address politely and by name, with a single question about the departure time, requiring a short yes/no answer, look particularly boorish and arrogant on their part. In general, the guys got drunk, the work is not lying down, cool, clean, with food in the workplace, and there is no return, but again, if they do not make a profit from you, otherwise the good gentlemen will be polite and courteous to you. I give 4 stars only because of the guides, as the atmosphere and mood of the guests in the hotel often depends on them, due to the lack of its own beach and because of the nuance with the door in the room, otherwise the hotel is beautiful, clean and modern, especially suitable for active youth, due to its location on the coast.

We were in October 2018. The hotel is generally good, modern design, not a dead hotel fund. The standard rooms are not large, but it is comfortable to move around. The food is great, the Turkish sweets based on honey for lunch and dinner are beyond praise!
The animation for Marmaris is good and, of course, in English.
The only disadvantage is the lack of their own sun beds, although the beach is very close, but 2 sun beds with an umbrella for 1 day are 8 dollars. The sea is clean, good, there are mountains around and everywhere there is a smell of pine needles, we really liked it. The beach is narrow, not dirty, but there are cigarette butts in places, you can live.
The center is not far away, as well as the Migros supermarket.
