Our family had a double impression. As for the administrators. Everything is fine, friendly, smiling, they will tell you everything. Very good location of the hotel. Everything is nearby, the airport, the streets for walking, the macro store. But the cleaning of the hotel and the quality of the rooms were disappointing. In 5 days, the room has never been cleaned, the trash has never been cleaned, towels have never been changed and soap, gel, shampoo have not been added. We bought everything ourselves in macro. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. I had to pull a wire through the entire room to another outlet in order for the air conditioner to work. Not all rooms have curtains. And if you sleep in the dark, you need to make sure that the room has curtains. I was very upset about the breakfast. On the first day, we arrived around 9- 9.15 and there was nothing hot anymore. There were remnants of some sweets, cabbage and sausage of very poor quality. There is no coffee, tea bags are cheap. We left, of course. There was a coffee shop nearby and we had breakfast there every day.

I liked everything, there are air conditioners, the design of the hotel is good, we were lucky that the room had a refrigerator. The breakfasts are delicious. Friendly workers. They will do everything for the convenience of the guests.

It's a terrible hotel. We visited in May 2024. When we got there, we didn't have the right number of seats. Regular guests were hastily relocated to free up a room for us. There is a terrible stench in the rooms - they are poisoning either cockroaches or bedbugs. There are cockroaches in the dining room. Instead of the promised pool, there is a pit in the middle of the courtyard. The shower and toilet are in terrible condition. I do not recommend using the word at ALL!!!
