We had a rest in early December 2022. Everything is fine and corresponds to the reviews already written, but... The air conditioning is terrible, it does not decrease or increase, at night the flow of cold air just blows off the bed, and if you turn it off, you will suffocate from the heat. We moved three times from room to room, in two on the upper floors on 7 and 6 there was a terrible smell of mold, asthma worsened, only the sea saved us. This slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel.

Today the hotel is positioned as a 3*, but a few years ago it was a solid 4th. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation here for 16 days. We caught the New Year holidays - there was a wonderful festive banquet (included in the room rate), then a fantastic fireworks display (words cannot convey!), all Russians (pain. 50 people) at the bar celebrate "in Moscow", dancing and night bathing. In short, the full program) Great memories. The hotel has an interesting outdoor pool on the 4th floor. We lived a little higher up and often hung out at his place. The view is gorgeous on the sea. We didn't pay extra for sea view - we were just lucky). Nice room with a balcony, everything worked, no complaints. They took only breakfast - very decent: soups, fruits and meat. I would like to go back, but now it is...it's a little complicated)

This is cleaning in 10 days, the floors were not washed more than once, the bed was changed, towels too, the garbage was taken out daily, but you can't walk barefoot, your feet stick to the floor. This is despite the fact that we treated the cleaning lady ..... The next moment is the pillows, they are like asphalt, it is not possible to sleep, the smell of old furniture, it is not possible to put things in the closet, he has the smell of suffocation. The condee was working, the water was flowing perfectly, the refrigerator was working. They asked for a kettle at the reception, they brought it right away.... Breakfasts are varied and completely satisfied. The only moment of coffee and tea we brought our own. The milk was bought at Seven Eleven near the hotel, which is a local Magnet. Wi-Fi was quietly caught on our 5th floor and on the beach by the palm trees, you can also catch it.... We go to the market, which is on the right of the Mill, it is better than the lighthouse, it is on the right of the hotel. Excursions were taken to the left of the hotel from Oleg, everything went Mega cool... They took a Quai and a zoo and a military beach went to the gift of a guide at times more expensive. The guide for a 4-year-old child costs a little less than an adult, and Oleg is free if there is no place on the bus..... The hotel is very well located. Therefore, the occupancy rate there is excellent, but it did not bother us, there are not enough sun loungers by the pool. Go further there Jomtien chalet you can use the basik there are always a lot of places. I recommend from from the hotel, but if possible, settle in a chalet it is newer, the rooms are larger.... And it stands far from the road. We've been showering all night with these motorcycle mopeds. It is almost impossible to get enough sleep.... I understand holidays, but listen to music until three or four in the morning, and not very beautiful music that sounds from a pickup truck with speakers the size of the pickup itself. It's about the bad stuff. Otherwise, my husband and I were quite satisfied with the hotel. The room was Deluxe with a balcony and sea view. The beautiful sunset view from our room could negate any drawback of the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice, always fresh fruits. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed. The TV and refrigerator were working, the plumbing was fine. There is Wi-Fi, a safe on the ground floor, no deposit. The parquet in the room, of course, is very worn, I thought the floor was not washed. The staff is very polite. The pools are cool, clean, and the area is beautiful. The food at the hotel on the street in the restaurant is not bad, but the main thing is that the guy sings there- super. Such a cool voice. Probably Thai, but he knows both our and foreign hits. We listened to him with pleasure until one o'clock in the morning. There was practically no swimming at the sea near the hotel - the water was almost always muddy. We went to the islands to swim. The location of the hotel is convenient, tuk-tuks travel around the clock. In general, I put a solid four. I took off one point for the lack of sound insulation and not very clean sea near the hotel.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Well, then..the location of khorshe, cafes,exchangers,markets -all nearby! The sea is across the street, but the sunbeds are laid out (3 pools, basically clean, there are a lot of sunbeds! The pool is on the 4th floor with salt water, the rest with fresh water. The hotel itself is tired... we live on the 9th floor, it is clear that we were doing repairs, but in order to keep it on fire, we need to clean it up!!! Sooooo poorly cleaned, floors are not washed, stupidly rubbed in the corners!! They left money and a note, like they washed it better!!They don't change the linen, but at least they bring towels...The breakfasts are miserable!!! The choice of dishes is small, the same thing every day!! Horns, rice, sausages!!! There is nothing to feed the child... The menu in the restaurant is also not plentiful. Sound insulation is a separate topic.!The feeling that we live together with our neighbors + the screams of the local disco.There is wi-fi, a safe at the reception. There is no deposit.the real score is 3, no higher, it clearly does not reach 4!P.S well, there are no cockroaches..((
