I recommend it! An excellent hotel - the breakfasts are chic, the room is clean, the accessories are available (slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, soap), the pool is outside and indoors next to the hammam (in hot weather it is pleasant to be near the water). The staff is polite and Russian-speaking. Room cleaning by appointment, it's even more convenient for me. The double bed is comfortable. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, TV, WiFi. I liked the style of the interior. We left on Monday afternoon, and at 16 o'clock there was pilaf (it's a pity that we didn't have time to try it). There were a lot of guests in May. Public transport stop is 10-12 minutes away. The area is convenient - the airport and the center of Tashkent are nearby

We stayed at this hotel in September. I liked everything very much! We were met at the airport and placed in good rooms! They explained how to find good cafes to have dinner. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful: 2 porridges, meat, side dishes, croutons, omelette, pies, baklava, vegetables, fruits, natural coffee! Special thanks for the tea, you can ask at any time to drink not in the room, but sitting by the pool. We were treated to pilaf on Sunday!!
We visited a hammam, one review says that there is no shower, there is a shower, it is in the bathroom. The staff at the hotel is just wonderful!! And a taxi was called, and a car was ordered for a trip to the mountains and to Charvak. We were taken to the railway station, we went back to Samarkand and Bukhara, then we were met again and at the end of our vacation we were escorted to the airport!
We will be happy to return to this hotel again! We recommend it!

The only thing I didn't like was the hammam and the pool with it. There is no shower, so after the hammam, everyone sweaty goes to the pool. We didn't swim. And the location. Please note that the hotel is not located in the center. The metro is 2km away. You can walk to the center if you like to walk. Either take a taxi to the very center or to the subway. But on the other hand, the hotel is located on a quiet street where there is no traffic and you will definitely get enough sleep.

There is not much variety at breakfast, but everything is fresh and delicious. The cook Dzhamakhirin is well done. He took us to the mountains afterwards. In addition, because of the unusual food, a 5-year-old child could not eat anything, we were allowed to cook in their kitchen and the cleaning girls washed the dishes. Thanks a lot for that, we cooked pasta, sausages, and made a salad. One of the vacationers was cooking dumplings. Cleaning is carried out only if you ask, the rooms are poorly cleaned, they do not know that, for example, the toilet brush must also be washed, and mirrors, etc. Girls need to be professionally trained in this. In addition, the disadvantage of the hotel is that you can smoke everywhere. You can't sit at a table with the children in the evening, there's nothing to breathe with. It was possible to divide the zones, especially since the place allows it. So, in general, it's a nice hotel, but let's go back to it.

Отличное место для отдыха, тихое месторасположение отеля, чистый бассейн, хорошие разнообразные завтраки, есть возможность заказа блюд из доставки, оборудованы места для употребления пищи (не приготовление), соблюдается режим тишины, был холодильник в коридоре на несколько номеров,что удобно (возможно есть и в номерах). Приветливый персонал. Номер был оборудован кондиционером. Чисто в номере и на территории. Рядом магазинчик. Рекомендую.

The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are good, there is an outdoor pool in the garden, there is a hammam with a swimming pool. But when we were there, the hammam did not work, unfortunately, the pool was cold. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet location. The arrival was late, we informed it in advance, and they sent a car to the airport for us, they met us, which is nice.. There is always a person at the reception who will meet and help you solve everything.

As experienced travelers, we know a lot about good hotels, and we already clearly understand how to choose them.
They immediately asked for the top number so that no one would walk on their heads. However, the neighbors could still be heard on the sides, but we talked to them and asked them to sleep at night)))). Which was done.
The breakfasts are luxurious! But, again, we are not picky - boiled eggs, bread and butter, and some kind of porridge are enough for us. There were also pancakes, fruits, sausages, sausage, cheeses, sweets, various cereals, milk, coffee, teas, milk.
There is a hammam with a swimming pool, but the hammam is noisy!, it needs to be dealt with: the steam generator steams every 15 seconds and does it loudly.
Our room was beautiful, rich, and the bed was comfortable.
In general, the owner of the hotel, I recommend paying attention to the hammam, plus in the rooms let the cleaners take a closer look at the bathrobes, we had stale ones, we asked to change. And the question is, why is there a camera in an indoor pool with a hammam? I was naked, and most likely the guards saw me)), I don't care - I'm not sorry, and the body is beautiful, but not all the guests will approve of it! 😅☝

Отличное место! Первое, что вас встречает - потрясающее пение канареек! Под эти звуки хочется постоянно просыпаться)
Персонал - очень приветливые Ребята. Отдельное спасибо!
В номерах уборка идет по запросу, поэтому тут вы уже сами рулите свои потребности )
Поездка была деловая. Жили в караване неделю, в основном, ночевали - поэтому, все нам подошло.
Завтрак не изобилует разнообразием, но, если любезно попросить повара, приготовит вам блинчики или яичницу)

The hotel is very nice. Everything is clean. The breakfasts are the best: delicious, hearty, varied!! Thanks to the hosts!!
The only thing we didn't like was that in the room where we were moved from 2-bed to 3-bed, the faucet in the bathroom was hanging out, there was no toilet seat attached.
And so everything is fine.

Хороший отель, но немного сервис нужно бы подтянуть.
Из того, что понравилось: Сауна с бассейном, гостеприимный, всегда готовый помочь администратор и персонал. Бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта или ЖД вокзала.
Что не понравилось: в душе напор воды не достаточный (проживали на 2 этаже), смеситель и душевая лейка в номере совсем эконом вариант, сушка белья общая во дворе.
Завтраки в целом нормальные, но в 8 утра каша уже бывает остывшей.
Персоналу за все спасибо! Вот чуть чуть сервис докрутить и будет вообще супер отель.

Уютный, чистый отель, расположенный на тихой улице. В номере есть гигиенические принадлежности, халаты, тапочки, фен, кондиционер. В здании отеля принято ходить без обуви. Вкусные завтраки, круглосуточно можно выпить чаю. Бассейн небольшой, чистый. Персонал доброжелательный.

Неплохой отель с любезным персоналом в аутентичном месте. Но!! До метро или 3 остановки на автобусе или полчаса пешком. Эта ветка метро (ЧИЛАНЗАРСКАЯ) всегда переполнена. На двух других посвободнее. В Ташкенте недорогое такси и выехать из отеля проблем нет, а вот вернуться не всегда. При вызове такси локация определяется с точностью 100 м .и не все таксисты говорят пр русски.

Из плюсов: хорошие чистые бассейны, уютный внутренний дворик, бесплатный трансфер от вокзала
Из минусов: очень сомнительный сервис. В номере не было полотенец, халат был только 1. Пришлось несколько раз сходить попросить, чтобы нам их принесли, прежде чем это реально сделали. В одном из номеров еле закрывалась дверь в туалет, в другом через раз смывал бочок унитаза, в третьем был слабый напор воды. Окна в некоторых номерах прямо на кухню где все завтракают, соответственно запахи и шум с самого утра. Персонал приветливый, но очень рассеяный. Пришлось долго и муторно объяснять что мы, кто мы, какое у нас бронирование, какие номера нам нужны и так далее. Как будто нас никто не ждал и заранее им это было неизвестно. Завтраки не очень вкусные, а на гостях ужасно экономят: выложат 3 блинчика и 5 кусочков огурца, они тут же закончатся, а новые положат через час (а может и не положат).
В общем за эти деньги можно найти и более презентабельный отель.

Хороший отель, есть бассейн, большие номера.
Завтрак на 3чку, но есть кофемашина! Недочёты, которые владельцам можно устранить: заменить сантехнику в ванных, добавить фен, разобраться со стиркой полотенец и пастельного. Видно, что они постираны, но присутствуют какие-то пятна. До ближайших кафе и ресторанов идти метров 700 и больше. В отеле хороший вай фай.
В целом нас устроила остановка здесь на 2 дня.

Прожил почти 2 месяца в этом отеле. Номеров 5 сменил наверно. За свои деньги - очень хороший выбор.
Плюсы:
1. Уютная, ухоженная, хоть и небольшая территория с бассейном. Жаль, что я был в холодный период, летом там должно быть шикарно.
2. Просторные номера с высокими потолками.
3. Крытый бассейн и хаммам в цокольном этаже.
4. Очень приятные и отзывчивые сотрудники! Молодцы!
5. Хороший ассортимент на завтрак, можно на полдня наесться.
Минусы:
1. Чтобы убрались, поменяли белье и полотенца нужно говорить на ресепшен. Ну вот так оно устроено.
2. Жестковатые матрасы.
3. Бывало попахивало из санузла.
4. Иногда что-то отломано, плохо протерто и прочие мелочи.
5. Когда наступили холода, были регулярные перебои с электричеством.

Очень уютный, тихий отель, приветливый персонал, в номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Завтраки вкусные, вполне разнообразные, голодными точно не останетесь. В проживание включена встреча в аэропорту это очень приятно когда тебя встречают в новом месте.

Новый. Чистый. Уютный. Обалденно вкусные завтраки! Два бассейна (один крытый), с системой фильтрации. Сауна. Тренажёрный зал. Номера просторные (высота потолков, около 4м). Ванные принадлежности есть все, кроме зубной щетки). Халаты белоснежные. Персонал решает любые запросы молниеносно.
В Ташкенте были транзитом. Но решили, что вернёмся, обязательно. И только в этот отель!
Кстати, расположен в центре. От аэропорта 15000 сум на такси.

Замечательный отель со всеми удобствами. Встретили с границы Казахстана, сделали трансфер до гостиницы. Включен завтрак, бассейн, а в зимнее время сказали есть сауна. Все чисто, уютно и очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. В общем рекомендую. Цена нам обошлась всего за 127 долларов 4 дня

Понравилось: интерьер, уборка, персонал, номер чистый, сантехника работала.
Не понравилось: расположение( очень далеко от центра), завтраки невкусные: сыр залежалый, компот разбавленный, фрукты зеленые. Блюда быстро заканчиваются, посуда чистая тоже, официант не успевают . Также не понравилось то, что требуют снимать обувь на улице перед входом. На сутки можно приехать, но на длительный срок не рекомендую.

Про еду не могу что то важного говорить, но моему родственнику там как готовят не очень понравился, местечка хорошая, рядом мечеть очень удобно росположен, красивый интерьер, бассейн, дизайн гостиницы, еинтерьер всего обслуживание нормально в целом все хорошо.

Шикарный отель за такую низкую стоимость. с первого момента, когда был выбор между этим отелем и другим, выбор сделала в пользу этого, из-за внимания со стороны администрации. Написали заранее, предложили трансфер, это было приятно. Встретили в аэропорту как важную персону, разместили в красивом номере с видом на красивый открытый бассейн. Бассейн- это отдельная достопримечательность этого отеля. Вода чистая, вокруг поют птички. Райское место. Утром завтрак вкусный. Организовали нам путешествие в горы. Водители просто умнички. Администраторы вежливые, любые просьбы наши осуществлял. Буду рекомендовать всем

A double room with a balcony was booked, upon arrival we were first checked into a room on the ground floor without a balcony, there turned out to be no light. They moved into the same one on the ground floor with a view of the road, also without a balcony. I asked why there was no balcony, they said it was busy. And how he got busy is not clear. The fee was naturally charged as for a room with a balcony. Until she asked for some kind of compensation, no one moved. As a result, they returned an incomplete difference with the calculation that I would leave a good review. I got the impression that the reviews were purchased. When booking, they were led to a high rating of 9.8. They were looking for change during the day, they constantly had to be reminded. The plumbing in the room is in terrible condition, rusty shelves, the shower is leaking, the toilet does not flush, there is a strong smell of sewage. The shelf above the sink is located so that the faucet cannot be opened, I just had to remove it and put it on the floor. The coffee table on which the kettle was standing was all wobbly, it was about to collapse along with the kettle. There is dirt on the windowsill, the window is dirty. You need to take off your shoes on the street and then walk barefoot to the room. Laminate flooring would be better instead of carpets.
Breakfast was also terrible, I didn't eat the worst porridge anywhere. Nothing has changed in two days.
The slicing of tomatoes and cucumbers was not fresh, everything was cherished, the tomato was generally bitter.
It was stated in the booking that there is a hammam with a swimming pool. On the first day they asked, they said there was no light. On the second day we came from a walk, we wanted to warm up, they said they would do it in 40 minutes and we could go. They came in forty minutes and died there, I just had to stand, not sit down, the floor and seats are icy. And the same pool as in the ice hole. They didn't give me any towels, so I had to go to the room to get them. We were kind of a little shocked by such a service. Really, it was impossible to check everything. The conclusion is that it is better to overpay and relax in comfort than to receive such a service. It's a long way to the center. WiFi was constantly slowing down. The only plus was the transfer, but even then at the exit from the station, we had to wait half an hour, since we were not told that there were several exits and where they would be waiting for us, we had to call the hotel and clarify if the local sim card was good. They didn't even mention the check-in at the check-out.
