We were offered a view of the river, but with an additional payment of 57,000 rubles. We asked why? We were told that you want to change the number, so there is an additional charge, we replied: then we only want the room that we booked and we won't pay anything extra. Answer: well, he's busy and you can only check in at 14:00, and we arrived at 11:20, we replied that we would wait and arrive at 14:00. Attention: for 3 nights, a deposit of 1000 yuan (you must be ready to give them, then they will return). Due to the lack of customer orientation, I withdraw 1 star. Disappointed.

The location is the best!! The view of the river is wonderful. The breakfasts are very good and varied. No deposit is requested for the room. There is everything you need nearby, namely the very center)) . The rooms are a little tired, but everything is basically decent. I definitely recommend this hotel!!
