A gorgeous hotel! Everything is there. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a souvenir shop at the hotel. Breakfast with access to the balcony and mountain view 🔥🔥🔥 The restaurant, which is located at the hotel (in a separate building), is also gorgeous. I recommend it to everyone! I really liked it, I would come back here again. Thanks for the good service!

A month before check-in, we booked 5 rooms here for our group of 9 people. We received confirmation from the site, wrote off to whatsapp in a couple of days - everything is OK. We arrive in the evening on the day of check-in and are told that somehow our reservation has only 1 room for 2 people and that's it. There are no rooms available, there is no responsible person either, the arrows are being turned. They gave us some rooms so that we could look for other accommodation options and did not even apologize! A terrible place that looks like a hotel, but in fact has no professional attitude to its business. P.s Besides us, there were several other groups who were also left without rooms just on the street. I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone
