I don't like to write reviews and complain in principle, but the situation forces you to know what to expect. There are no questions about the organization itself or the managers. But this organization has a logistics department that calculates the delivery of Goods to its client's facility by hired transport. So, I came across the fact that the Product I ordered. it was paid for 100% (including shipping) before everything was delivered to me. That is, you pay 100% without seeing the finished Product in your eyes. OK, I've come to terms with that, Russian metal, custom items, blah, blah, blah, okay. BUT when the day of delivery came, the driver contacted me (at about 11:00) and said that he would be with me within an hour. The logisticians were warned that no one would be at the facility until 18:00, so there was no one to take the Goods. And here's the most interesting thing: the logistics coordinator decides whether to turn the car around and deliver the Goods to me after 4 calendar days. I had to drop everything I was doing and look for a car on Friday at about 2 p.m. so that it could pick up the Goods, because on Saturday I had an agreement with the installers. It's just that some logistician didn't give a damn about everything, made a one-man decision. I was very outraged by this, hence this review was born. I have nothing negative to do with the company, but in order not to call and clarify the relationship, I just write a review. I hope the Grandline management will respond.
