Well, it's a very bad hotel. Low ceilings. Sewer blockages in the suites and a non-working air conditioning system. Terrible service and staff who pretend not to understand anything.... Simply not!

The hotel is quite old, the room is tired, by the way, they smoke in the rooms, so check if this is important to you. When the faucet was opened for the first time, the water flowed yellow for a couple of minutes. The price/quality ratio is 4, you can find cheaper and better. There are breakfasts, they don't change much from day to day. The location is convenient.

The hotel is good, the service is excellent, but there is always a "BUT". I checked into the hotel, I felt some kind of cloying smell from the previous settlers. The shower seemed to get very clogged with hair, which descends very slowly. The exchange office is not much different from the bank, it is very pleasing. 4 out of 5.

The overall impression is not bad, except for the nuances. Today is the 4th day at the hotel, we have already had time to eat sour vegetables at breakfast with all the circumstances that follow. The water does not go away in the shower, you stand in a puddle forever, after the shower half the tub is filled with water, the glass / curtain is short. Towels are often not given out in the pool, because they have run out, come back in about an hour)) or there are only small ones left. The restaurant by the pool does not accept cards sometimes, oh, it does not work, run to the ATM. The rooms are cleaned well, there are no complaints about the girls. The WiFi is weak, it often flies off. The breakfasts are meager, the coffee is diluted and, as already mentioned above, keep an eye on the freshness of the food. We didn't go to the bar, it was always smoky. Well... for a C grade

The room we stayed in is poorly looked after - in the bathroom, the frame around the mirror had rotted and there were terrible remnants of the frame below. There was a hole in the ceiling in the room due to missing equipment - most likely a smoke detector in case of fire. I was very upset about these things. Overall, the hotel is not bad. It used to be called the Russia Hotel.
