An extremely negative experience that ended in severe injury. In the room, my mom fell in the shower/toilet due to the wet, slippery floor. There are no warning signs, anti-slip coatings or markings. The bathroom is not equipped with basic security measures. The fall resulted in a spinal fracture. We had to urgently call an ambulance. It was a nightmare: four men were manually lowering my mother on a stretcher from the sixth floor, because there was no proper help and organization from the hotel. The most outrageous thing is the reaction of the administration: • not a single apology • complete indifference to what happened • rude, cold behavior, as if nothing terrible had happened No one tried to take responsibility, help, support, or at least apologize in a human way. It's not just a bad service, it's a security threat. If the basic safety standards are not observed in the hotel, and the staff ignores such serious incidents, it is dangerous to stay there. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Take care of yourself and your loved ones — I would not wish anyone to be in a similar situation.

There is a nice girl at the reception, and a deposit of 10,000 tenge or 2,000 rubles is charged at this hotel. Of course, this is a minus, which indicates a lack of trust in the guest. In addition, the hotel has a pool, but you can only go to it by paying for 2 hours of stay in it. This is a huge disadvantage. When choosing a hotel, the presence of a swimming pool was the main condition. Therefore, I definitely won't come to this hotel anymore, and I also won't recommend it to others. Also, breakfast is not included. Which is also a disadvantage of the hotel. The furniture in the room is tired, to put it mildly. But the bathroom is very nice. I was also pleased with the availability of bathrobes and the quality of towels. The photo shows the view from the window.
