In addition, the hotel has a pool, but you can only go to it by paying for 2 hours of stay in it. This is a huge disadvantage. When choosing a hotel, the presence of a swimming pool was the main condition. Therefore, I definitely won't come to this hotel anymore, and I also won't recommend it to others. Also, breakfast is not included. Which is also a disadvantage of the hotel. The furniture in the room is tired, to put it mildly. But the bathroom is very nice. I was also pleased with the availability of bathrobes and the quality of towels. The photo shows the view from the window.

1. Standard rooms with a fresh renovation for 27 thousand tenge, worse than the same standard rooms without repair for 22 thousand tenge.
2. Tvs in the rooms do not show TV channels, but rather serve as a set-top box for watching youtube or using Google.
3. In general, it's not bad, although again, the employees themselves do not understand how to set up the TV.

Positive: spacious deluxe room and convenient location relatively close to the center
Minuses:
1. During the week of stay, they never cleaned, even after a three-time reminder (!). I requested cleaning on the 4th day of my stay, first in the morning, then at lunch and later in the evening I clarified whether they were going to clean the room at all? They assured me that they would definitely clean up by the end of the day - in fact, no one came to the room or called. I didn't give a damn about this case, because I was mostly just spending the night
2. There is no ironing board and iron in the entire hotel (!). This is generally some kind of shame, if you need to iron a shirt or trousers - forget it, sign up for the laundry in advance, there are no other options to do something there, unless you carry a mobile iron with you. Honestly, this is the first time this has happened to me, even in not the most comfortable hotels, such a question was resolved immediately.
3. Plumbing problems - the water in the shower went badly and the shower itself is leaking.
4. The documents for the settlement were promised to be given at the end of the stay. Of course, if you don't remind yourself, they won't prepare or give you anything. That's what happened to me, I left half asleep at night, I didn't remind you, and the reception didn't even mention it.
5. In terms of customer orientation and even banal politeness to the staff, absolutely everything is up to the lantern. They don't even greet you when you call from the room at the reception, or even when you enter the hotel.
If you simply need a flophouse and none of this bothers you - the option is quite suitable, but there are alternatives at least 2 times cheaper
