Excellent hotel, comfortable room, excellent bed linen, pillows, mattress.
I really liked the pool area and the Jacuzzi. A 30° swimming pool for adults, an even warmer pool for children, a sauna and a large Jacuzzi. Their disadvantages are that hair floated in the children's pool in the evening, and in the morning the water was cloudy. Did they clean it at night? There are no complaints about adult pools.
I really liked the breakfast - a wide variety of dishes, fruits, dried fruits, sweets. We stayed for one night, I recommend it

The impressions are mixed. I liked the room very much - it was spacious, beautiful, and there was an awesome hard mattress on the bed. It's all clear.
The restaurant is so-so. The service was fu, the food was carried for a long time, and it was not to my taste. The buffet is approx.
The pool area is so-so. It's not beautiful, there are bubbles in the Jacuzzi, but there is not much buzz, relaxation from them. But, to be fair, I've only met one normal Jacuzzi in my life, where you climb in and the body immediately relaxes.
I also didn't like that when we stopped by, they said that the doctor works until 17. As a result, he worked until 16, and we did not have time for him.

A good hotel in the center of the resort, near a park area, thermal water, cafes, etc.. place 5 points. The rooms are spacious, in my opinion, the price and quality are adequate. The spa center is fine, no worse than in other hotels of this level. But it was difficult for me with food, there was very little choice and everything was salty or heavily fried. We were with a child of 3 years old, it's a little difficult to feed something. But there is also a bonus, you can ask for something to cook like porridge on water and without sugar and salt or boil an egg, no one will refuse and everything will be done))) that is, you can live!!
We were in the spa hotel in winter, it is more modern, but not as spacious. In general, there was something to compare it with, as if they were better fed. But this is for an amateur))
I wish you a good rest! It is clean and cozy here, and most importantly, the price-quality ratio is definitely there!!!

Great hotel! Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There are also thermal springs. The rooms are quite spacious. There is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a gym. The breakfasts are delicious. Very friendly staff, excellent service.
There are jeeps on the way to the thermal springs, I recommend getting out on an excursion. We went to the geysers, very cool!

We stayed for one night at this hotel. In general, I liked everything, there were small flaws (not cleaned garbage in the bathroom, and maybe I didn't want pallets in the shower, or maybe the bathroom, but I'm probably finding fault with that), but the staff quickly fixed everything, the rooms are large, lots of air, light, varied food for every taste, even found entertainment billiards - they remembered their youth. In general, Jermuk made a good impression as a small, cozy and clean resort town with delicious air and mineral water that you can drink for 24 hours.

A wonderful hotel, near the final stop of the minibus from Yerevan (we were traveling from the bus station, tickets are at the box office, departs at 15.00, back at 8.00, seats were booked in advance by calling the driver, the phone is hanging in the cabin). Near the gallery of mineral water. The views are unreal, the air is clean. If you take full board, then treatment is included as prescribed by a doctor (doctor until 16.00). The staff at the hospital is very friendly and courteous. Right now, the accommodation was paid in cash through the terminal, the commission was 1 t AMD. We booked on the website. There is a parking lot. The food, as already written, is so-so. They had chicken salad for dinner, and the next day the salad was rolled into a shawarma for lunch, and the same shawarma was served for dinner. By this time, she already smells unpleasant, disappointing. Desserts are not delicious. But in principle, you can find something to eat, pasta or potatoes are normal. Vegetables, herbs. The rooms are warm, the linen and the rooms are clean. The spa is clean, the sauna is good. If it wasn't for the food, it would be perfect. But for those who are not particularly picky, I definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful

A decent five. Everything in the hotel is excellent. It is located two steps from the pump room with mineral water, away from the road. The courtyard area is luxurious: it doesn't matter where the windows go out, mountains are visible everywhere and silence reigns. The hotel has all kinds of leisure facilities. An excellent spa complex with a large indoor pool, a huge Jacuzzi and a sauna. The area of the medical center is also very cozy, and the quality of services is at a high European level. Just a wonderful spa hotel! Overall, the hotel is very good. One disadvantage: in our room, the door to the toilet is made of a sliding sheet of frosted glass. There are 3 cm gaps around the perimeter of the door. For a couple, this designer's solution will do. We came to rest with a child, and it's annoying, you know.
