A good hotel in the center of the resort, near a park area, thermal water, cafes, etc.. place 5 points. The rooms are spacious, in my opinion, the price and quality are adequate. The spa center is fine, no worse than in other hotels of this level. But it was difficult for me with food, there was very little choice and everything was salty or heavily fried. We were with a child of 3 years old, it's a little difficult to feed something. But there is also a bonus, you can ask for something to cook like porridge on water and without sugar and salt or boil an egg, no one will refuse and everything will be done))) that is, you can live!!
We were in the spa hotel in winter, it is more modern, but not as spacious. In general, there was something to compare it with, as if they were better fed. But this is for an amateur))
I wish you a good rest! It is clean and cozy here, and most importantly, the price-quality ratio is definitely there!!!

Great hotel! Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There are also thermal springs. The rooms are quite spacious. There is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a gym. The breakfasts are delicious. Very friendly staff, excellent service.
There are jeeps on the way to the thermal springs, I recommend getting out on an excursion. We went to the geysers, very cool!

I really liked the pool area and the Jacuzzi. A 30° swimming pool for adults, an even warmer pool for children, a sauna and a large Jacuzzi. Their disadvantages are that hair floated in the children's pool in the evening, and in the morning the water was cloudy. Did they clean it at night? There are no complaints about adult pools.
I really liked the breakfast - a wide variety of dishes, fruits, dried fruits, sweets. We stayed for one night, I recommend it

The best sanatorium, very hospitable, liked the procedures, a qualified therapist, explained all my problems, did an ECG and showed what to pay attention to, the rooms are spacious and clean, cleaning every day, I want to note the bedding, I slept in a buzz, like in the best hotels, the restaurant is very tasty, you will not stay hungry, fruits are always they are present at the buffet, the nature is cool, the massage therapist is super, I will come back again! I had a rest like in a loving family!

Beautiful architecture and location. Clean room, lived in 338 , everything you need is in the room, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows, slept like in a cloud. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, the water is clean , everything is well maintained. The staff is friendly.

Just a wonderful spa hotel! Достойная пятёрка. В отеле превосходно всё. Расположен в двух шагах от бювета с минеральной водой, вдалеке от дороги. Придворовая территория роскошная: совсем не важно, куда будут выходить окна, везде видно горы и царит тишина. Отель располагает всеми видами досуга. Отличный спа-комплекс с большим крытым бассейном, огромным джакузи и сауной. Зона медицинского центра тоже очень уютная, а качество услуг на высоком европейском уровне. Отдельно хотел бы выразить благодарность мастеру по подводному массажу Рузане - профессионалу своего дела. Номера просторные, ванные комнаты большие, всё очень чисто, достойно настоящего 5-звёздного отеля. Ресторан - отдельное чудо света: такого разнообразия и качества питания я редко где видел. Приветливый персонал и атмосфера, располагающая к отдыху. Большое спасибо за ваше качество!

We stayed for one night at this hotel. In general, I liked everything, there were small flaws (not cleaned garbage in the bathroom, and maybe I didn't want pallets in the shower, or maybe the bathroom, but I'm probably finding fault with that), but the staff quickly fixed everything, the rooms are large, lots of air, light, varied food for every taste, even found entertainment billiards - they remembered their youth. In general, Jermuk made a good impression as a small, cozy and clean resort town with delicious air and mineral water that you can drink for 24 hours.

Приехали на двое суток и даже прошли много лечебных процедур! Персонал вежливый, все очень доброжелательные!

Отличное спа. Приличная еда. Как место для отдыха на пару дней прекрасно! Рядом дежурят автомобильные экскурсоводы на Гейзер, в горы, в лес. Надо торговаться! Также рядом Галерея Джермук. В округе много красивых мест: горы, лыжный подъемник, лес. Отличное место для пеших прогулок, воздух сказочный и тишина
