My biggest disappointment is in Turkey! 😡
The reservation was cancelled after full payment. I wrote to support so many times, I tried to arrange with the hotel for them to return the reservation, but the staff pretended that they had nothing to do with it, as did the support of Ostrov.
The gunmen were shooting at each other.
Despite the fact that I came to settle in a foreign country after the operation, my requests and tears were ignored.
30 thousand rubles went down the drain. Moreover, they wanted me to stay and pay for my newly booked room.
I've never seen such arrogance and ruthlessness anywhere!
I spent the money I had saved for excursions and sights of Istanbul, for a taxi and a reservation at another hotel, because I had to stay another week in Istanbul before a doctor's examination and removal of the splints.
The rest was ruined due to neglect

Through Aviasales, which transferred me to the Ostrov service.
The reviews on that service were surprisingly good, as were the photos.
In fact, the rooms are dirty, cold, and the reservation is 100% non-refundable.
If you value yourself, avoid this "hotel"! 🙅♀️
In a good way, sanpin would be sent to them and this place would be closed forever. 🚫

Never, ever come to this hotel!! It's just awful!! The information about the hotel on all units does not match!! A standard room with a double bed is actually a room in the basement ( -2 floor) and all the charms of it are in the photo. Plus, there is still no heating from the word at all !! Nothing!!!(just a fridge!!) And a double bed is a rotten narrow single bed with a rotten double mattress that just turns over if you sit on the edge!

And I wouldn't put one star on it. I didn't expect much beyond the natural, but when I arrived I was informed that they didn't see my reservation. Then we sat down in a dirty room without toilet paper, soap, towels. I have traveled and visited Istanbul many times, but I have not seen this yet.
