There are no three stars out of the question. Terrible kitchen, no laundry, no channels in Russian. Wi-fi is turned off every 5 hours, for a new connection you need to go to the reception. There are no Russian-speaking staff.

It's not a bad hotel, I've stayed a couple of times for work. The breakfast is delicious
