I didn't understand the location. Pros: near BTS /metro, shops. Cons: constant traffic jams, after 15.00 it is better to walk. The hotel itself is on the verge of three and four. Starting from the 21st floor, there is a cool view of Bangkok. Breakfast is not very good. There is no alcohol in the hotel at all, prohibition. The pool on the 2nd floor is decent, but it's clean to swim, not to party.
