We went on a tour to the Kolsai + Kaindy lakes on 26.10. The timing was pleasantly surprised - we left at exactly 6.30, then everything was clear too. The guide told me interesting things, carried me away, I really liked it! The lakes are beautiful, and so is nature.
It's a pity that the bus driver ruined both the mood and the impressions. It's 10-12 degrees outside, a full bus, and he turned on the full battery and refused to turn on the air conditioner or air conditioning. There was nothing to breathe, but he opened the window when HE felt stuffy. On the way back, he followed the principle (because many complained of stuffiness) and turned on the air conditioner - as a result, it was very cold on the bus. It is not comfortable to drive in such conditions! Moreover, it was obvious that he did all this on purpose --- why is his PERSONAL comfort more important than the comfort of the people who paid money for the tour? This remains a mystery.

We took 2 tours to the national parks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located near Almaty. Comfortable buses, good and careful drivers, excellent guides. I really liked the trips to Charyn, Turgen and Issyk.

Anastasia, a professional guide, went to the Charyn Canyon with us! She gave a lot of informative information, as befits a guide, knows her region well, answered questions with acceptance and maintained a conversation, all organizational aspects were clearly, clearly and politely arranged. 3. The two lakes tour includes travel not only by tour bus, but also by high-traffic cars in inaccessible places, which greatly diversified the trip and added fun for the group. 4. Special thanks to the drivers of tourist buses for comfortable and safe long-distance travel. On the way back from the lakes, the driver Alexander turned on very pleasant music, which graced the long journey after a day full of impressions. The organization of tours is at a good level, the tour program is interesting and correct in terms of saturation. The cost of tours is affordable. Thank you for the great trips!

We went on a one-day tour with a Vagida guide, the tour was chosen for 12,000 tenge to Kayyndy lake, Kolsai and black canyon. It was a great, interesting and amazing trip. The guide is great! On weekends we went with a friend and her 5-year-old son to Charyn and Kurtogai. The trip was great! The child was enthusiastic, thanks to the guide Nadezhda Fadeeva and special thanks to the driver Alexander for the bonus for the group. The timing is well organized. I managed to relax in nature and enjoy the stories of the guide.

Had a great day with Grand Voyage. I was on a trip to the Kaindy and Kolsay lakes. The tour is for the whole day, but with the guide Irina, the time flew by unnoticed. We listened to legends, history and facts about nature. We received important and complete advice on everyday issues. The stops are optimally calculated. A wonderful travel company! I booked 2 excursions (canyon and lakes) on WhatsApp 2 months before the trip for the summer period. I was immediately booked on the dates I needed and assigned an ordinal entry number that corresponded to the seat number on the bus. It turns out that the earlier you book, the more chance you have to sit in the front seats on the bus. I booked from another city, so I paid for the vouchers at the office 3 days before the tour. I really liked the office staff, two girls. Attentive, polite, knowledgeable people! They explained in detail what the excursions are and what you need to take with you. Since it was the month of July, it was recommended to take 2 liters of water per person with you. I want to share some advice: we pre-frozen some of the water in liter bottles and took it with us in a thermal package. Thus, in the 35 degree heat, we had cool water throughout the entire tour!
The guides and buses (with air conditioning) were very good! I liked everything very much! I recommend it! Special thanks for the affordable prices for excursions!!!

We booked 2 tours of Watsap a month before the trip (lakes and Charyn Canyon). We paid in cash at the office upon arrival in Almaty, a week before the tour. They answered all our questions promptly, and the main thing for us is reliability and responsibility!!! Good prices for tours. If you are guests of the city and traveling from afar, you can be sure of the travel agency.

We took a tour of Kolsai + Kaindy + Charyn. The nature is magnificent, the organization of the tour is below average. The driver Denis kept in a stuffy bus without air conditioning with the door closed, forbade putting things on the top shelf. A terrible brute, snapped at any request. When asked to get food from the bus, he said, "What time is their pick-up time? In 45 minutes? Let them come then." The stuffiness made the man feel sick, to which he said, "now I'm going to make her clean up, what do I care if she got sick, we drop her off and drive on." The guide Vagida is a good woman, but she walks VERY fast, she left for Kaindy somewhere, leaving half of the tourists who did not have time. I was in a hurry all the time, they almost ran to catamarans on Kolsai, then there was a lot of shouting and fuss to get us on catamarans, and in general there was a lot of fuss, all running. The guide is a climber by profession, and not a historian / geographer / geologist, she told very little, her speech was poorly delivered, and it was not pleasant to listen. In general, it's fine for this money (12k tenge), but I won't go with this company anymore, the benefit is essentially only from the organization of transport, and it can be done cheaper.

We went with them to Issyk-Turgen and Charyn Canyon in October 2023. Everything is clear and according to plan. Guide Anastasia on the canyon is just a smart girl!
Of the minuses: they do not respond to requests from the website and on Instagram, just call !!!
Well, a recommendation to all travel agencies in Kazakhstan: if you want to develop tourism, learn how to use acquiring or accept payment on the spot! All these "only transfer to Caspi" (at which we were first told that it was possible through the terminal, then it became impossible through the terminal and we were told in plain text to look for a person who would pay for us) this is a wild inconvenience for a foreigner. Moreover, if you do not take payment on the spot, then do not take it from everyone! And when we spent our free time paying, and someone paid in cash on the bus - you feel like a fool!

We took a one-day tour: Turgen + Lake Issyk. The nature is amazing! I wanted to look and look at this beauty.
Everything else leaves much to be desired.
The driver was smoking, despite the open window, smoke got into the cabin.
The museum of the "Golden Man" was closed, we were not informed in advance.
Very, very little time for the waterfall! It was very hot, it took a long time to climb to the waterfall. What kind of picnics are there? We took some pictures and it's time to return. Everyone run. And this is the only place where there was a normal toilet.
The trout farm was also visited by running. But there's not much to see there. You can try to fish out a fish, but there was no time for that.
The ostrich farm was "pleased" with the "amenities" on the street. There is a dining room where you can order dishes with ostrich meat: dumplings, chebureks, cutlets. Although the guide said that there are fewer ostriches, it is not possible to maintain the livestock. There is a faucet with cold water outside - hooray, you can wash your hands. The dining room itself is like in Soviet times somewhere in the backwoods. It's dark, gloomy, stuffy and, if you'll excuse the word, miserable. It seems that the owners don't care if people want to come here again.
On the way back, the air conditioner failed. When it's good outside for 30 *, it's hard.
We did not regret the trip. The guide told a good story, tried to joke. The main thing is nature! There are no words for what a beauty! And everything made by man leaves much to be desired. We won't take the bus next time. It is better to take a car and decide for yourself where and how much to be.

Good afternoon.
I want to say a big thank you to the company and its employees for organizing our vacation. I wanted to spend time with benefit for myself and for my family. Contacting the company, we were offered to visit the Kolsai and Kaindy lakes. We decided to stay on an individual tour, as the work schedule did not allow us to join the group. And they didn't spare a single gram. Busik drove up at the appointed time to pick us up, we were accompanied by the guide Nadezhda. We learned a lot thanks to her, discovered a lot of new things about the history of the region. On the first day we visited Nizhny Kolsai, we did not dare to go to the second lake with the children. On the second day we saw Kaindy Lake. It's just a miracle, a fairy tale, what a peace there is.
I'm writing a review, and I feel like I'm there.
I advise everyone!

This year, because of the quarantine, it was not possible to go to Turkey for a planned vacation, so we decided to see the sights of our country, used the services of the Grande Voyage travel company, and did not regret it, we took all the excursions only from them, since friends initially recommended them to us, we went to Charyn, waterfalls, trout farming this is generally a class, our children really liked it there, and most importantly, we wanted to thank the guide and the driver, everything was accessible, understandable even to our 9-year-old daughter.
In general, there are enough impressions for a year ahead, we also plan to go to the Kolsai lakes with them…

The tour is fine, but if you are with children, either talk about the seating on the bus in advance before the trip, or do not rely on the competence of the employees of this company, they put you with a small child (1.5 years old) at the back of the bus... And there were young guys in the front seats, a spoiled mood from the very beginning of the trip, a big minus for you...

The excursions are not poorly organized, the guides are excellent (I took 2 tours from them).
But one thing... it is not clear how the prices for the tour are set! For example: there was a price of 5500 on the site, I was written off in Whatsapp, they said the price was 5000, I came to their office to pay, they say 5800. I show the correspondence is issued for 5000. Who was on the bus with, they also have different prices for the tour! What is it called anyway?! there is also no cashless payment or online payment. In the summer, it would be possible to organize not only weekend tours (this is a problem for all tour operators in Almaty, all excursions are only on weekends).
