We considered the option of housing construction in this residential complex, came for a consultation and after a couple of minutes realized that it definitely wasn't. The consultant girl is so unprofessional, reluctantly answers questions and smiles so stiffly, falsely and insincerely, that it is already sickening. She does not tell anything on her own, does not show any initiative, and she has a standard answer to almost any question about the apartment - look on the website or on the Internet🤦🏼♀️ It's a shame, not a consultant. Interestingly, it turned out that we definitely decided not to build on Grushevka because of an unprofessional and indifferent employee. Maybe the developer should think about what kind of people represent him?

Even 1 star is a lot for the work of this company. They have disrupted all deadlines for the house, for parking, and always make some other authorities extreme. The quality of the construction is clearly not in the comfort class that they call themselves, almost everything has to be redone at their own expense. The decoration on the floors is terrible, the doors on the common corridors do not close, the intercoms were installed the cheapest. The elevators did not work for 3 months after receiving the keys. The sales department will lick you from head to toe, but as soon as you sign the contract, they will start being rude, snapping and sarcastic. In general, their sales strategy is based on deliberately false promises, which is an extreme level of unprofessionalism. I am very disappointed that I contacted this developer, I do not feel any pleasure from buying an apartment from them.

Очень рекомендую вообще не смотреть в сторону данного застройщика! Обман во всём: обещали поквартрирные двери маталл-по факту поставили картон, места общественного пользования на рендерах были "человеческого вида", а сделали убожество полное-даже номеров этажей нет, детская площадка, воркаут -площадка-всё также рядом не стоит с рендерами, велобокса вообще нет. Люди получили ключи с задержкой на 6 месяцев, причём зайти в свою квартиру и воспользоваться лифтом нельзя. А те, у кого рассрочка вообще подвергаются неприкрытому шантажу -ключи и ремонт в обмен на досрочное погашение, не смотря на имеющийся договор с указанием срока погашения рассрочки. Крайне непорядочный застройщик!!!
