I ordered a solid wood bed on July 19th. On the evening of August 15, at 18.00, it was already delivered. The bed is very beautiful and of high quality. There was one defect in the wood, I sent a photo to the Viber manager and after 4 days they brought me and installed a new part.The salon manager is polite and professional. The guys at the assembly did everything in 20 minutes without noise and dust. I was satisfied. I definitely recommend it

I ordered 2 beds in 2024, a double bed and a baby bed. There are no complaints about the delivery and assembly time. The child's bed was immediately warned that there would be gaps between the mattress and the frame for the convenience of refilling the bed linen. The size of these gaps was a bit confusing, but the consultant didn't answer the phone, the apartment hadn't been lived in yet. During operation, the mattress began to slide to one side and, accordingly, the gap on the other side became much larger. We wanted to change the mattress. And then it turned out that we have a 195x98 mattress, but we ordered (there is a label on the mattress) 200x100. The store does not make productive contact, although all issues related to defects are spelled out in the contract. I recommend that you take a tape measure upon receipt and measure everything for compliance.

It's terrible! I don't recommend this store to anyone! I ordered a bed for a child back on August 10, but it was delivered only on September 30 — almost two months of waiting! The delay is at least two weeks, although there were clear deadlines in the contract. But that's not all: the bed was delivered in a pile of boxes, disassembled, and only then it turned out that the assembly was not included in the service at all. No one even mentioned it! I had to urgently look for the collector myself. Complete disrespect for the client, nerves and a spoiled mood. I will never order anything here again!
