For 3 weeks in advance, I made an appointment with Natalia's master for a haircut at a convenient day and time for myself. On the day of the appointment, 7 hours before the haircut, the administrator calls and says that the master had an incorrect entry and the price was 100byn instead of 65byn for the haircut. 100byn for trimming the ends of your hair is an overprice, even if you have a top salon master. I refused the overpriced service, although the record was exactly 65 bel.rubles. I have questions for the salon - why did you wait as long as 3 weeks to announce that the price was incorrect in your own entry form? Why wasn't your system notified immediately after recording? According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are required to provide the service at the price agreed upon at the time of registration. I have all the screenshots. Yes, the admin suggested "searching" for a "window" among the full record, I'm sorry, but you have a salon type, why should I cut the hair of a random master at a time randomly chosen by the administrator, during 10-15 minutes of the master's rest between clients? It seemed that at 18.00 Natalia had a "favorite client" for whom they had freed up time.
