I asked for tonsillong and a non-vasoconstrictive nasal spray (emphasizing that it is not vasoconstrictive that is needed). They slipped some kind of homeapathic hat "tonzipret" in a package similar to tonsilgon in appearance (I did not immediately consider the name due to my eyesight) and vasoconstrictor spray. Both expensive "medicines" went to the trash.
