All such aspects should be discussed before paying for a full stay in the room, and not then spoil the holiday with such statements also in an unpleasant tone. The fact that this is a night shift and the employee may be tired is only his problem and it should not concern us in any way. Otherwise, equipping the room, the administrator's help in connecting the console, etc., providing dishes, there are no questions here, well-coordinated work)

I'm just shocked by this attitude towards people, where is your humanity?
